I bought a Knee Brace from them that doesn't work... and all they gave me was a categorical - NO we don't take returns after 30 days.... It took some time to realize it just didn't work... Not polite.

I love it when I order something on a Saturday and it arrives on Tuesday. I called them like 5 times during the week before ordering to ask questions about the product and the difference between the models. They were very helpful and professional. Product was exactly as described.

Customer care sucks. I leave voicemails, write emails and no one responds... I;m definitely calling the BBB and calling my bank tomorrow for the funds they withdrew
