Ordered 3 scooters and heard nothing for a week, when I chased I was told they were picked up by UPS on a Friday and would be with me on the Monday. They did not arrive so I called and asked for the UPS tracking number and was told that they were checking themselves on the UPS website and there was no trace of the items so concluded they were lost in transit and would refund my money. The whole thing did not add up and I was very disappointed with the service. The only saving grace was they did refund the money quickly which gives them the second star.
