Very good service.
Quick, free, delivery and competitive prices.
If you return an item to exchange it for a different size (or colour) then the exchange item will also be delivered free of charge (first time you return it only) - this is really useful as buying items of clothing online can be a bit hit-and-miss for sizing.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the website doesn't indicate stock levels - usually when I order something I need it asap and don't want to have to wait for the supplier to get stock in.

Great communication and customer service during a tricky purchase!
Ian at Bluefin provided an excellent service for the purchase of a pair of sailing boots. Problems with computer stock lists and then change of delivery address dealt with very professionally. I would use Bluefin again.

It was the best price I could find in the UK and was very quickly delivered, with faultless ease.
The bag is great value and just what I needed.

good value for money and reliable service
I have bought a few things from Bluefinwatersports now and the articles always live up to expectations. Customer service is good - Only negative is I find their confirmations a bit unsatisfactory as no estimated date of delivery is given until the article has actually shipped. Would be really nice to know at the point of purchase the likely delivery date.

Page layout excellent, except fine text about payment and delivery. You have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to find it. why not left where all other info is.
Fast delivery, once items are in stock.
Bad when you order you and don't know if item is in stock or not.
Ordered on 2.6 then heard nothing except confirmation, tried order tracing landed on page forbidden. Then asked via email 10.6 and recieved info delivery in the next two days. Delivery was one week later 18.6 and got the items 20.6.
No tracking code. Could have had it if asked for it..
Customer not informed automatically of order status and available stock is not on pages. most competitors have available stock on their pages, size etc. So I know if I order on Sunday I'll recieve what ordered on Friday. Also recieve tracking code automatically.

Friendly, well-priced but a bit slow
My daughter selected the garments (pain free, good selection), I paid (reasonable prices) - we waited. Ian explained that they had to wait for one of their suppliers. The clothes arrived 10 days after we placed the order. Everything was exactly as we requested - fit, style and quality were perfect.

Would get five stars ,but have to wait for zhik to send over to the uk...I think the shop should stock at least 1 item off each size to save 3weeks waiting ...also should inform when dispatched..other than that it's all good nice people to deal with and good value for money..will use again in future aslong as I'm not in a hurry...cheers .,.,.,.,...

Service is good, but if an item is out of stock the website should indicate this before ordering. This would negate emails and phone calls asking the whereabouts of one's order.

Recently odered 2 item one in stock one out of stock, quickly recieved an email informing me that they will be odering the out of stock item in and will complete my oder soon. Only 3 days later i had both my items in perfect condition and well packed, will be using these guys again in the future.

highly satisfactory
A good web site with a wide range of stock, though not fully upto date with stocking. Pleased that when an item ordered was not immediately available a personal email with explanation was sent. This communication was maintained as availability became better understood. In the end we came away satisfied customers who felt that we had been personally dealt wide. Will certainly use BlueFin again.

Found product cheaper elsewhere but ordered with bluefin as promised same day dispatch - ordered Monday night so expected product weds but arrived thursday - no emails were relieved asto order status either so was anxious as required them urgently

super service for savvy sailors
did research on line and made choice and ordered late on tuesday evening. Free postage which did actually exist to Northern Ireland - Rooster site did not!!! Happy to say order arrived on friday morning - was delighted with service, quality, speed etc., All set ready to sail on Sat - Fantastic would definately use site again
