Great Product - Unhelpful Service
I bought a new router from broadbandbuyer the model being at their suggestion. They were right a great product. However their support was limited to "here is the phone number of Netgear they will help you.

I got some very good advice and the sales assistant (Amelia I think( was very patient and took time to help me choose. Now have a billion router, never heard of them and an Edimax dongle. Connection now operating very well and very stable. All down to advice from broadband buyer.com. items delivered by FedEx arrived next day without any glitch.

GOOD RF IMMUNITY
Not much increase in download speed although a little. However data transfer appears more stable, also shows good immunity to high RF fields so would recommend to all Radio Amateurs that may have a problem with bog standard filters ! This one is definitely better.

Brilliance!
My BT Homehub 2 having become increasingly unreliable, I ventured into a world of routers the brands of which I had never heard. After speaking with Broadband Buyer staff I opted for the Billion 7800DXL. I have not been disappointed. The set up was straightforward and the range is greater than the Homehub. The service and knowledge of staff is second to none and I would highly recommend Broadband Buyer accordingly.
