davvero pessimo
davvero pessimo, manca sempre qualcosa, un ingrediente o un passo della ricetta, oppure la spiegazione non ha senso - per esempio nella ricetta delle "cocotte del nonno" dice di alternare le fette di melanzana, ma non dice con cosa bisogna alternarle !

PESSIMO sito, non ho ancora trovato 1 sola ricetta a cui non mancasse un pezzo, a volte anche importante - per esempio nel cous cous con zucchine e salmone, negli ingredienti scrive soltanto "100 gr salmone" , nella ricetta, all fine di tutto, dice " Fate intiepidire il cous cous, aggiungeteci il salmone spezzettato" - quindi devo acquistare salmone gia' cotto ? oppure crudo ? in questo caso come lo devo cuocere prima di aggiungerlo al cous cous ?
Le ricette sono TUTTE cosi', non ce n'e' una che sia completa

Per chi ama la cucina e per chi ama cucinare...consiglio assolutamente questo sito! Io adoro cucinare e su questo sito ho trovato delle ricette stupende..ancora oggi riesco a lasciare la mia ragazza con la bocca aperta quando le preparo un piatto delizioso...e tutto grazie a questo sito..=)..merci..=)
