Wrong package and no actual receipt + unexpected customs duty

I ordered a battery from cbattery.net and the picture and description on the webside was a Asus n61Ja battery, but I received a completely different battery. I also had to pay customs duty of 50 dollars even though their webside stated: "Pls do NOT worry about any customs and other fare, all kinds of fare is included in your carriage, if you meet any other fees, pls Contact Us after received your products."
When i wanted to return the product I realized that I had never received a receipt with the product name on it. Therefor I had no proof that verified my buying.
