Three times I ordered the same CD from this firm. Twice they sent the wrong item. The third time they just kept my money. They never reply to e-mails. They may have the goods, but they lack the brains to run an honest business. Avoid at all costs. They do not deserve even one star.
It took two months to wait my order, which I never got. Twice email was sent to them asking about the delays without any reply. But it took only two days they cancelled the order after I complained the transaction via PayPal security issues and my payment will be returned due PayPal. Please, avoid this type of dishonest shops.
I have experienced huge delays in obtaining items, wrong items sent, some items arriving in very poor condition, even rusted staples on the insert notes. They take money from the card straight away, rather than once the items are sent, which is the general practice of reputable on line companies. There was no rudeness in any of the responses, and sometimes the owner got back to me most apologetically very quickly, albeit on other occasions it took several weeks to hear back. Several months after placing the order, I have now received a refund for the non-obtained items.
The company may well be the only way of obtaining certain items, especially for buyers outside Denmark. Their catalogue looks to be very comprehensive and with decent prices too. However, based on my experience, I would advise considerable caution and being realistic in expectations when placing orders with the company.
