I ordered a cover for my phone 2 weeks later nothing in the mail, no confirmation email, they didn't return my numerous emails. Then I check my credit card statement and over 100 $ of purchases were made with my card. This website is a scam they just take your card information and you never get the products! NEVER SHOP HERE ITS A SCAM!
Had used this site to order a case. Gave my credit card info to purchase and they used my credit card to purchase electronic equipment in Mexico. Don’t do business with this site. BTW card was notified of fraud activity.
Placed an order for a cell case 10/06. It is now 10/20... never got ship confirmation, sent an email asking for that on 10/13... nothing. Sent another email 10/16 asking my order be canceled due to the displayed incompetence.... nothing. Sent 2 more emails 10/20, yet something tells me nothing will come of these either.... The online contact form on their site is just as bunk as their store, and just gives an error, and the only other means of contact are their "support" email addy.... bottom line: a whole bunch of wasted time with this nonsense store.... who by the way has my money.
I ordered a faceplate for my samsung rant around August 8th. It is now September 25th and I haven't received it yet. Their website states that they normally ship the item after 24 hours. Yeah right. I've emailed them at least seven times with no reply to any of them. Did I mention the only means of communicating with them is by email? Will not order from them again.
