Excellent customer service and value for money
I would've given this company a 10 star rating if I could!
The whole process from ordering the items from the large selection on the website to receiving them on the day I requested, it couldn't have gone any better.
The customer support I received from Lisa was fantastic and she was very happy to answer any questions that I had.

dissappointment
i recently purchased a plaque from your company which unfortunalty was not up to the standard i expected because the golf logo thing on the side fell off when i took it out of the box

We do always check that everything is as it should be prior to despatch, but very occasionally things may be damaged in transit. I hope this didn't cause you any problems for your presentation.

Good quality trophies and value for money.
I looked at a number of websites to buy trophies for a company golf day and Challenge Trophies offered a good variety at reasonable prices compared to others. Their website was very user friendly and having the trophies engraved was very simple. The order was with me in a short period of time and they have supplied a good quality product.

Challenge trophies saved my life 24hrs from a major event. I phoned them on a Friday afternoon around 1430 and by 0900 the next day I had two silver salvers ready to rush to the engravers. If it had not been for their swift work and out of normal procedure efforts many a day would have been ruined! They are the best company of their kind.

Just what I needed
Right from the phone call I made to Challenge through to distributing the medals to the children in our school assembly this order was problem-free. I needed medals in a hurry and Lisa said that this was possible, and she was right! Many thanks to Lisa and everyone involved.

Great looking trophy that arrived on time.

Very pleased with both product & service, although did think P & P was a bit expensive.
Character I chose was exactly as described and am sure whoever wins our " Hacker" trophy this weekend will be pleased. The quality of the trophy should soften the blow and give the others in our group some moments (? hours) of happy micky taking.

Would also like to state it was an excellent service as 2 stickers were incorrect on the trophies but upon calling them new replacement stickers arrived next day

This is the first Golf day the F.C. has run, so getting good quality awards was high on the agenda. The help and quick repsonse from Lisa made ordering the awards easy and hassle free. Always had an answer or an alternative.

Very professional, personalized service and quick delivery!
I needed trophies quickly for a kids' basketball team. It's difficult to find a large selection of basketball trophies, but Challenge Trophies had several styles and sizes. The trophy we selected was a really original design that the parents all liked. We were able to get the coaches "thank you" glass awards with matching basketball medallions on them, which was really nice. When I tried to order online, they had just updated the system and I was having trouble putting in special characters for the engraving such as quotation marks or hash marks. I called the order help line and the lady who answered was so nice and helpful, and made sure my trophies were engraved exactly the way I wanted. The only things that I was a little disappointed in was that the trophy was a little smaller than I'd imagined it would be, although it was still nice quality. I also noticed that a couple of the kids' trophies had the name plate put on slightly crooked. Aside from these little things, the whole experience with Challenge Trophies from start to finish was very pleasant.

Excellent speedy service.
Recently ordered four shield trophies and a cup from Challenge Trophies online. Found the ordering service very simple, but did make a call to ensure that an emblem would be incorporated, to find excellent customer service and that two orders would be despatched together to save me postage and packing.
Order received in less than a week and when one of the shields had a slight error a replacement was forwarded within 24 hours!

I ordered a star award as a retirement present for a work colleague, (after 46 years of service I felt she deserved one!).
