there is no package when we received the furniture, made in very cheap quality and material. so many calls were made and no one even care about it after they collected my money, no customer service, no refund, no exchange, the only lady who answers the phone even shouted to me over the phone. Now it is nightmare for me because we can not use them as it is very dangerous for our clients and we have nowhere to store them.
We bought 2 barber chairs from them which cost us 359 pounds, the chairs are very very poor made in cheap material. The chairs are used for 2 days, both of them are broken already, pumps are not working with oil leaking, one chair's arm is fall off. NEVER buy from this chinese company, because they will not refund or repair your furnture after the payment is collected.
