Sent me a faulty conditioner
Sent me a faulty conditioner that is dried out with a really weird consistency, and extremely strong, unpleasant smell, almost like it’s spoiled. This is absolutely not what I expected. Their customer service is not solving this issue, I'm getting no response from them and I'm super upset.

I’ve been using all beauty for years…
I’ve been using all beauty for years and years and never had a problem But
I’ve just purchased another 180 ml bottle of aqua Di palma Quercia and unfortunately it doesn’t smell of hardly anything !!
I’ve no idea why but I’ve emailed them and am awaiting a response !!
Needless to say I’m very very disappointed 😞 and hoping all beauty can come up with some explanation !!

BOTTLES DO NOT COME SEALED
Have used them before and the prices were extremely competitive but not anymore.
Delivery was super quick, but after ordering I saw colonia C.L.U.B was £17 LESS ON AMAZON directly from Aqua themselves!!! So they can be beaten on price , very easily
Both bottles ordered were NOT Sealed. They came with a loose plastic wrapping/ case that slides on and off.
Now I'm being told they cannot be returned as the seal has been opened.
Seems they are purposely sending with loose seals so you cannot return and they post it super quick so you don't look around and cancel .
BEWARE, bottles DO NOT COME SEALED and THEY WONT ACCEPT RETURN

What has happened to allbeauty app
Having used allbeauty many times never having any issues suddenly in the last few months this has all changed. Firstly the app stopped recognising my acct, customer services recommended to stop using app and log in online website for a few days. I can now use the app again, but it has no acct tier information nor can I see my rewards. I contacted customer services again who told me they are aware of issues and hope to have this rectified and my points will be allocated back to me. This has now been going on for over 2 months. Very disappointing and I’m reluctant to order now. To add insult to injury customer service sent me an email to rate their service !

Bought Clarins Purifying Gentle Fosming cleanser, beware this is clearly a fake- writing is different, weight of product different, and the actual product looks and smells nothing like the real thing!! 😡
Good thing they refunded my money straight away when I complained, but then I can see that many others have had the same issue!!

Ordered my item
Ordered my item, it was delivered to wrong address 45 minutes from where I live. Reported it to Allbeauty, I will say say that the customer service I experienced was appalling, no offer of looking into it properly, just emailing me saying nothing they can do as post code was wrong, this was no fault of mine.
I will say I will never ever purchase from them again because of this.

Received empty bottle of perfume
Received a bottle of expensive perfume that had a faulty lid and had spilled everywhere inside its packaging, leaving none left in the bottle. No customer service number to contact and actually speak to anyone. Waiting on a reply to an email I sent but who knows if I’ll get one. Will update if/when I do

Scam
The perfume was a gift for my birthday, when i opened it the bottle was leaking everywhere, there was shards of glass in the box and the bottle was damaged. They offered a 10% refund or return, no replacement as the damage was apparently ‘cosmetic’ even though there is perfume literally leaking out the bottle making the bottle oily. So good luck to whoever gets that damaged bottle of perfume once its been returned to them.
