I purchased a 2003 Dodge Dakota Pickup…

I purchased a 2003 Dodge Dakota Pickup new and it is a standard transmission. The lighting system is giving me problems and I have been told that there was a recall concerning this. The recall was a MFG campaign #C35. I was never notified about this recall and cannot find a fix for the problem. Please advise what I am to do, the truck has 43000 miles.
Thank you, Garrett Shuart

i bought a 2005 PT cruiser turbo conv

i bought a 2005 PT cruiser turbo conv. new. It has been setting up for months. won't run. The research i've done indicates i am not alone. There must be thousands out there like me. changed out camshaft position censor, coil pack, plugs, computer and fuel injectors and it still runs great about 30 seconds and then #1 and #4 misfire. Does anyone at Chrysler know anything about this problem? We need help.

Company still shows that american cars really worth something again and I hope such trend will really prevail if it will be needed. Are you with me here for that or not ? I do hope it will get better anyway. Can we ? Do something with the Crysler or not.

I have a 2014 Jeep Rubicon

I have a 2014 Jeep Rubicon, at 12,000 miles the complete brake system failed. Rotors and calipers locked up destroying the brake pads.
Headed towed to Glendale Chrysler Plymouth St Louis to find out what the problem was. They informed me that it was not a Chrysler problem and I would have to pay for a new rotors new calipers and new pads. And they did not understand why the system failed. I forward all this information to Washington DC automotive safety.

This company lost a repeat customer for good

I have a 2011 Ram and I had purchased multiple Ram/Dodge products. Suddenly large spots of paint on top of my cab started popping up. I went to multiple body shops and was told the same thing at each one regarding my local dealer. I was informed that they would have vehicles damaged on the transports and try to cover it up with just paint without any treatment for corrosion or correct procedures when repainting. So Iollowed the process with Fiat Chrysler and had the dealer take pictures and submit. Let me stress this corrosion was obviously taking place for years and years and years but I was unaware of it until the paint started popping up and coming off. Fiat Chrysler refused to cover this issue according to my dealer. So I took my truck to the best body shop in my area and was informed by them that they had no doubt that the vehicle on top of the cab had been painted over. They could tell by the layers of paint and clear coat. Also due to another issue when I first purchased the truck I put together the fact that either the hood had been removed or had been considered for removal that made me think what I was originally told about damage being done on the transport was correct. At any rate I spent a little over $1, 300 on these repairs and Fiat price or offer no support. Once I had all the details from my body shop I did contact Fiat Chrysler to open a case on this vehicle, regardless of what I'd previously been told. If they had simply made an effort to support this repair to some reasonable extent they would have continued to have me as a loyal customer. And fact I was going to buy a 20 but no longer. I will cost them much more money through word-of-mouth then they would have ever spent helping me pay to have this repainted. just for reference my comment about the hood involved the hood light not being installed or at least being removed and also the windshield washer mount for the had been installed incorrectly. Either this hood was in the process of being removed for some type of repair or the quality at the factory is extremely poor. Take your pick. However with what I know about the top of my cab I think I know exactly what was going on.This tells me they were disconnected to remove the hood for possible repainting. Tell me the other items that are connected from the hood to the engine compartment, there are none.

Worst experience I've ever had!

There was an open recall on my 300s which caused it to shift from park and into drive and hit another vehicle. They sent a special investigator who furthered the damage on my vehicle plus Chrysler refused to pay any damages whatsoever. To manufacture a vehicle that can shift it's self from park to drive is an epic engineering failure. To wash your hands of the problem and stick the customer with the responsibility and deny fault is to be unethical and and have zero integrity by actual definition of said words and not just my opinion.

What a great experience!

Brought my very first second hand chrysler around £16k. Salesman was not pushy and very helpful. Within a week I spotted a small problem with the car, spoke to aftersales service department and to my surprise I was treated like a very valued customer! Nothing was too much trouble and issue was resolved instantly without a quibble.

Have since had to phone them twice to ask for information or query how something works and always get given the time to discuss and a helpful resolution. This is how after sales service should be - thank you!

Two brand new products with engine problems.

.After being previous owner of your vehicles,I turned to another product. and after a couple of yrs I decided to return to your product, only to be very disappointed.I bought a 2007 Grand Charokee and at approx.15 to 20,000 miles I broke down 5 times with starter problems, two of these time I was stranded hundreds of miles from home. Finally the last time I broke down I decided to trade my car in for another brand new Jeep Liberty 2010.Needless to say with less than 4000 miles/only having 1 oil change this vehicle died and had to be towed back to he dealer.Your product is not what it use to be.I am not happy at all the motor of my new car is locked up and fear what my future with this vehicle will be like.I payed for a car with a new motor not a rebuilt one,and warrenty is the basic one of 3yrs/36,000 miles. I am sick,my husband tried to talk me ouy of this in the first place as he doesn't for Chrysler products, but had good luck with product yrs ago.I can only hope the dealer does me justice.
