Sent 3 messages via eBay uk

Sent 3 messages via eBay uk - no reply. Ordered case for my iphone6 but got a case for mx whatever that is. Rang them and the owner from Oxford informed that I’m an idiot who ordered a case for a phone I don’t own! Didn’t say it but inferred it by telling me it was my mistake! The CUSTOMER is obviously always wrong! STEER CLEAR OF THEM

Used them in 2010 as an iTunes account…

Used them in 2010 as an iTunes account funding source. My bill was £16.67 but due to missing the direct debits I was charged an extortionate £66.67 including collection fees. They then claimed the BACS transfer I made was invalid and kept asking for the money. Citizens Advice helped me terminate the account in the end.

AVOID if you value your sanity, and your wallet. Emails often go unanswered and th E650 are highly rude and incompetent.

Can only hope they go out of business...

Pointless service

A while ago I added money to a C&B account in order to purchase an online service, but their service was non-functional and I was not able to complete the transaction. I received an email suggesting I withdraw the money, which I tried to so, adding an account as directed. The website would not process the withdrawal, I had to all them to confirm (phone line costing 10p a minute, too). This I did, and was told they couldn't process the withdrawal, even if I sent identifying documents (which I would not do with such a dodgy company anyway). Why then offer it in the first place, without any mention of the limitations on their website? Unhelpful, service did not work, a complete waste of time.

What safety?

The only reason of using portals like that is money SAFETY. Unfortunately, they do not provide any protection against SCAM or payment requests made by mistake - they would just charge you with any sum of money they want. It is not possible to cancel unwanted payment, because "they are no side of transaction". If you pays for any subscriptions by paysafe be sure to pay for one more period extra.

Good experience

Pros:
Love Clickandbuy, I have never had a bad experience. I got a fake iphone 5 from Poland, and they gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the phone. I am a frequent ebay buyer and online shopper!
Cons:
Sometimes their security is a little bit annoying, almost too strict but I know it's for my protection.

Are you insane? And yes, this is a serious question.

I used click&buy to pay for a game, each month the same subscription fee. Nothing suspicious or weird. But for no apparent reason my account was suddenly blocked.
I emailed and called them, no explanation given at any point.
Tons of time wasted waiting in the phone line.
Emails go unanswered.
They then want a TON of documentation for my account: Scan of passport, scan of driver’s license, documentation for my place of residence, scan of my credit card (Huh?!) and a scan of a bill showing my residential address AND my credit card number on the same page.
Oh and lets not forget that if you DO scan one of these things, their shitty email system can only accept files under a certain size, but they just can't be bothered to inform you of this before you waste your time.
So, seriously: ARE you all insane? Or do you see something suspicious in people using your so-called service to pay for a simple game once a month?
