NO communication from company about order or their cancellation of our order.

We ordered a printer and paid for it. We never received an acknowledgment of the order. Then the order was apparently canceled by Compubiz the next business day and no one notified of the cancellation either. I only found out when I checked my bank to see if they had taken the payment. I saw the payment made and then a credit. I went to the website and the item was not available. Non-communication is unforgivable.

CompuBizUSA Scams People With Defective Products

CompuBizUSA sold me a defective printer through Overstock.com and refuse to make it right after agreeing to refund my purchase. I purchased an HP DeskJet 3637 from this seller on Overstock.com on August 31, 2020. It arrived September 5th broken and defective. It would not align, and therefore would not print correctly. I contacted HP support many times and they told me many times that the printer was defective. I contacted the seller, who initially said he would provide a refund, but now he is ignoring my calls and emails. He scams people habitually, and there is a very blatant trail of evidence of this all over the internet. If I could rate zero stars, I would.
