Substantial piece of kit , great addition to my jet wash

Nilfisk used to be one of the best companies for reliable, high-quality machines. My previous Nilfisk vacuum cleaner lasted around 10 years with no major problems.

Unfortunately, since the company was taken over in 2024, the quality seems to have gone downhill. I bought a new Nilfisk machine in 2025, expecting the same level of quality as my previous one, but it has already broken.

It’s extremely disappointing to see a company that was once known for durability now seemingly cutting costs and producing machines that don’t last. I expected much better from Nilfisk, especially considering my previous machine lasted 10 years. I would not recommend the newer machines based on my experience.

Just really good service

My vacuum cleaner is 10 years old and engine is still good condition. Only tube parts were damaged. Happy that I can still find the spare parts and now my cleaner looks new!

Good communication on expected delivery date which was within agreed timescale.

Pressure washer was a described and straightforward to set up. Bought mainly for car washing.

Speedy delivery

Over many years I have used various brands and it is true to say buy cheap buy twice - i was recommended the Core 150/10 by my son ! It is a revelation, the quality is far superior to what I have previously used and very simple to operate. It is early days but I am confident I have now purchased the right one !

Great service, outstanding product

Ordering from website was easy, pressure washer was sent via Fedex, Fedex sent me texts 3 days in a row saying it was out for delivery but it never and eventually turned up on 4th day. You cannot contact Nilfisk by phone only an online form, I filled in the form asking them to investigate where my parcel was and if it may be lost, when I got a reply they said as it had been picked up by Fedex it was not there issue and I should contact Fedex who in turn told me I had to contact Nilfisk. If had known there was no real way to contact them I would not have bought it. I was Lucky that it did turn up eventually and was told by the delivery driver that as the depot is 75 miles away from me he could not complete the delivery on the first 3 attempts as he had ran out of time and had to take it back to the depot. Very poor service from both companies.

The hose was damaged by persons unknown in your packing department deciding to tighten a cable tie (designed to keep the loose coils together) this was twisted so tightly as to have cut into the hose itself crushing the pipe beyond use.

You have apologised and are sending a replacement which I hope will not have suffered the same fate

The product is great but it is impossible to register the 10 year guarantee.
Despite buying it directly from Nilfisk.
Customer services do not care and just referred me to the link that does not work.
