The item I ordered arrived to my house damaged and I went on the website and there is not a phone number listed anywhere to contact this company (Costume Party). The only way they want you to communicate with them is via email. So, I did the return request and explained I needed a RTM # and I would like to replace the product. I waited a week and I got no response so I emailed them again asking them to please response and told the story all over again. It's been 10 days now and still no response. I checked my spam folder in my email and there is nothing. I do know that this company sent me a receipt via email immediately after I made my order and a email saying the items were being shipped. So I know that there emails get through to my inbox. This is very frustrating and quite annoying to have a damaged product and no way to return it because they won't respond. I would never order from this company again.
