Crazecase 

Dropped my phone one time and the case broke into pieces. Complete waste of money.

The products I received were fake so I contacted support and they were initially helpful promising to send out genuine items. I then got a parcel that contained one replacement rather than five and it was also a fake.

Since this I have not been able to contact support again as all my emails are ignored.

AVOID!!!

I ordered a case on January 10th. I received the wrong item and wrote to the company. Someone got back to me right away saying they would send me out a new case (that was Jan. 21st). By February 17th I still have not received anything. The last time I heard from someone in customer service was February 18th to say they were going to check on the package. As of March 19th I have heard and received NOTHING. I've emailed, chatted, left facebook messages since last month and have gotten no response. I'm not sure what kind of shady business this company is running but I would definitely suggest buying cases elsewhere.

Took a long time for item to arrive. When it did it was a fake.
Wrote to Crazecase who apologised and offered full refund.
They said they were going to change supplier

Not very happy with the shipping time I was expecting to receive my case in 4 days as I needed it urgently. It was supposed to be a birthday gift!! And I later found out they meant 4 BUSINESS days!!! The case was of good quality but it was a bum not to have it ready on the birthday.

I had ordered case for my phone and a controller and was really pleased by the service. The payment was easy and items reached me withing two days in perfect condition. Have been using them for about a week now and they are in perfect shape. Highly recommended and two thumbs up!
