Crazyfactory 

I placed an order on the 20th of July and it was only shipped 2 days later on the 22nd of July. Today is the 13th of August which is the 15th / 16th working day (if you exclude the 10th of August which is a South African public holiday) after the order was shipped. Two consultants have confirmed this will be delivered within 10-15 working days. It is now on the maximum delivery period and there is no communication or indication as to whether my order will be delivered today still as promised. Their consultant Claudia is so rude so the service is poor and their delivery time was NOT honoured. Shocking, I will definitely not order from them again.

Would not use these if you want an item swiftly. Lost my Plug and has almost healed up in the time waiting...

I have reviewed this place before and since then, I still have not received any order. I ordered in November 2019.
The following happened:
1. They replied to my email and told me my order was lost. (After one month. It took one month to realize. They most probably don't know for sure themselves.)
2. I agreed to wait for a second delivery. (I purchased these with and for someone else so I can't really give up on this order just yet.)
Well, the second package for sure ain't here. And the 4-7 days shipping lie stands still. I am so so so disappointed. I beg you, @CrazyFactory, just send those items with DHL at this point. I'll pay for the costs.
Edit 1: They have not replied to my emails.
Edit 2: It's 17th of January. No order arrived. They barely reply to emails. I want my items or a refund asap. Kinda pathetic. One employee replied a week ago telling me about the shipping time but it was already past that period of time. Such a shame.
Edit 3: JANUARY 27. ORDERED IN NOVEMBER. My order "will arrive in a few days", they said. 10 DAYS AGO. What in the world?
Edit 4: FREAKING FEBRUARY 1ST. NOTHING ARRIVED. Guys, am I a joke to you?i
Edit 5: FEBRUARY 24th. This IS a joke. Why even make us pay in advance if you know it won't arrive? I'm so done with your services.

I ordered ear rings and waited about 3 weeks for them to show up. When they did I only had one ear ring from each set. Customer service tells me I should have looked into the small print to know what I was getting. Everywhere where I have ever bought ear rings there were 2, one for each ear. It's an obvious rip off and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this happen to them.

Also some of my order was off. What am I supposed to do with a bead when I ordered an earring? Also what am I supposed to do with one earring, you know, unless it's a feather or a cross that I can dangle from my left ear to accentuate my mullet.

If you times my order by 2 it isn't a deal at all. Shop other sites.

I ordered at least 10x from crazyfactory and I've been a customer for years. Their prices are very reasonable and shipping is free on all orders over 20€. The quality of the products are always good and since they have expended shipping is really quick to Germany ( a couple years ago it took a couple weeks). I'd order anytime. Customer support is also very helpful and quick.

Never had any problems or setbacks with Crazy Factory, I live in the U.K. and even though the products are shipped from Germany it never takes more than 5 days for me to receive them! I always got what I asked for and the quality is excellent for the price that it is. Love to shop there!

I ordered from The Netherlands, shipping was quite quick. Nothing negative to mention.

Fantastic! Considering my order was shipped from Germany to the UK the delivery was very quick and I'm super happy with all my purchases :) will definitely be my go to for body jewellery from now on. My favourite thing has to be that you can choose the Diameter of the septum clickers. I have bought so many lovely ones online and then they turn up and they're so big they hang down too low and look stupid. All the ones I purchased fit perfectly and are really nice and snug so look fab. I'm now spoilt for choice!

I order ALL my earrings from them. The prices are great and shipping is fast. I DEFINITELY recommend!

The prices are great and the international delivery is relatively fast.

Overall I am satisfied with my order, though one of the my products were defect. I ordered a bunch of spirals, a labret and two black micro balls 4mm for the labret. One of the balls fit perfectly on both sides of the labret, but the other one didn't fit either of the sides, even though the balls were of same size and all. But what can you expect of something that costs less than 1 euro?

Crazy Factory is still awesome.

Even though I live in Denmark, crazyfactorys prices are always better than any of the danish websites, also even though I have to pay shipping.

I've ordered from them three times now and each time they've delivered without giving me the wrong products. Their selection is cheap and I save up to six times what it would cost in a store. I find that pretty amazing. The delivery may take a bit over a week, but if that means I can buy a lot of diverse jewelry instead of owning just a few, I have no problem with it. I hope they keep this up, because I'll keep coming back if they do.
