Superb service and rooms
Stayed there this weekend due to that my son and me was in London to see this years NFL game.
Which the pats won btw.! ;o)
The room was just rigth, clean, luxury and the service was superb, we had ordered a taxi to come and pick us up at 10. But I called them to move the pickup to 9:00, they answer was that they didn't hade any order from my so there would be no taxi to pick us up.
The hotel fixed that i 1 min flat, and we got to see more of London on the way to the airport.
So we will be back next year, because we are already planning the next trip in September 2013.!
