Lots of issues
I had a huge amount of trouble with my chosen sound card, two of which didn't work properly, suggesting that the build wasn't tested correctly (I use an external audio interface now). The machine also frequently wouldn't boot until I turned the overclocking down after about six months. The DVD drive is rubbish. When I went to add a new hard drive I saw that one of the HD cages that should have been in the cage was missing. I note that the guy who built my machine was very soon no longer working for the company, so you may be luckier.

More Bang For Our Buck!
We are a Planning Dept within an engineering company which uses computers for Cad/Cam within the aero-space sector. Normally I'm tied down to purchasing standard computers from a well known american company.
Saw a review on these overclocked computers in Develop3d magazine so we decided to go for it.
We bought four and I must say I'm very pleased so far, speed great, cases are fabulous as well as quiet, build quality within the case is superb!
Slight problem with missing graphics adaptors but that got sorted.

outstanding performance
Now that I've had a few weeks to test out my Cryo Pico XS, I can only say that I'm extremely pleased with it. Fast, mind blowing graphics, quiet and good looking, I'd recommend Cryo to anyone whos looking for a new machine.

A real pleasure to use
Workstation. Had quite a few problems at the beginning with the water cooling system only working for a few months and having to return the machine. Finally the water pump burned out. It was clear that Cryo Computing were not to blame, and they eventually changed their supplier. Each time the repairs were carried out swiftly. Luckily I only live a half-hour away.
Despite all this I am really glad I have the machine - in fact I am about to get another to replace an old Dell that has become a pain to use in comparison.

Worth the Expense!
Had my computer delivered to Crete. After sales service and support was excellent - worth every penny (even tho' there were lots of them!).

Good and will get even better.
Decent spec laptop for a reasonable price and an excellent service. They genuinely want to get it right and provide a great product too, which is good to know.
My only two gripes are with the keyboard and the gloss finish screen. Both could do with improvement, especially the keyboard. If it hadn't been for these two factors it would be 5 Stars all over.
I'll be back there when I get a desktop.

Astounding Quality of Build!
I am a PC gamer and need a very high spec rig to play on line games with excellent graphics, quality sound and effective cooling.
Cryo only build machines using top quality parts - there are no cut corners. The technical knowledge of Cryo staff is second to none.
I have been buying PC's since the late 80's so I know what I need and can recognise a quality PC builder when I see one.
Buy a Cryo. You will not be dissapointed!

great service and product.
Fantastic computer, with no issues after six months now. Although some slight delays in the build process (due to issues at the manufacturers end). I received constant updates on progress, and the lads put in a few late nights to minimise disruptions.
They also gave me a massive free motherboard upgrade, which I was, and still am, exceptionally happy with.
I would recommend to all, and will be comming back for my upgrades and new computers.

Superbly made PCs and excellent service
CryoPC provided me with excellent customer service through the entire purchase process as well as after sales. I was given expert advice on my choice of components and kept informed by email of each stage of the build and testing process. The PC was well packed for shipping and came with further instructions on care and performance. The build quality of these high end PCs is superb. One feels as if one is owning a work of art as much as a PC! Also no clutter of unwanted software here, just a very clean build provided. Unique
I spent a really long time looking for a firm which could build the rigg I wanted at a price that made sense (contrast Alienware). In EU i didn't find anyone close to Cryo

Excellent PC, Communication, Service and Delivery provided to me.
I was looking for a future proof PC. I had a look at various PC review and was impressed with what experts/analyst say about Cryo Nano. I decided to buy one and was not disappointed. The PC provided to me was excellent and definitely the fastest one I have right now. It is also quite and light to carry.
The technical support I received was second to none. They even regularly send me an email to give me an update on the progress of the PC construction. I send a query and their tech guy replied to me the next day. The communication and service I received was clear and well detailed.
I will definitely recommend Cryo to all my friends.

FANTASTIC!
Great service, with a great result. Machine built to my specifications, they constantly updated me on the build status. They also had a great follow up service that sorted out a couple of issues I had (through my ignorance rather than anything actually wrong). I'm due for a new machine in 6 months and I know where it will be coming from!

Thoroughly recommended.
I have dealt with several "specialist" PC makers before, and have always been disappointed with the results. Cryo PC were actually a pleasure to deal with; they kept me informed throughout, used only the best components, were scrupulous in testing, and still managed to be fast and competitive. Six months on, I could not be more pleased with the PC they built for me. They are the first, and still the only, company I have been able to recommend unreservedly.

Personable, Professional and Effective
Buying a custom PC from Cryo was a delight. It was a great pleasure to be dealt with on a personal level by people who obviously have a passion for what they do and pride in their work and their finished products. I never felt my requirements were compromised or that I was having unnecessary elements pushed on me (not something I can claim about my previous experiences of buying a PC elsewhere). The whole process was clear and efficient and I couldn't be happier with my PC.

Great product, great support
I got great PRE-purchase support when making up my mind what components to have in my super-fast computer. I had many many questions, and they were answered most patiently. They take a while to build & test your computer, but they keep you informed all the time.
Computer arrived in a wooden crate with Operating System pre installed. Despite being highly overclocked, it has performed flawlessly. Tech support even helped me get used to the differences between XP and Windows 7!
Great to find a firm that knows how to integrate high performance components properly!

Hi David
The cards are sold in bundles and not all of them come with the same titles some weeks the cards come with no titles. However I will ask our suppliers if they have Dirt 2 and some connector around and forward it onto you. The phone was a bit of a nightmare and I could not hear you for most of the conversation. I think the best thing to do is to unplug the sata cables for the SSD and the Samsung from the mother board and plug them back in they could have pulled out slightly in transit.
When you have done this go back into the Bios and under A.S.U.S O.C Profile load profile number 1 that should be CryoBoost
Go left to the boot menu and under the P1 and P2 boot order drives you can look at all the HDD and CD/DVD on the PC. Go into the HDD one and select P1 and press enter The OCZ drive should be in P1 and the Samsung in P2.

The above was an email received at almost 10 pm after coming off the phone with Mark after getting a phone call at about 9 pm. I had 3 problems the first was not having the game and the the HDMI Graphics card adaptor and the 3rd was the pc wouldn't boot into Windows, I was very tired after finishing work when I got the phone call regarding the cable and game and then tried to power on the pc for the first time when Mark was on the phone regarding the cable and game but it would not boot as it seemed the cables had come loose during transit, I managed to fit them back into place, Mark attempted to talk me through it but my mobile phone was dying on me and I was too tired to to diagnose the problem then and there as I was shattered, Mark was understanding and was not condescending and spoke to me in a professional manner.
The above problems have now been resolved and I received the cables and game as promised a couple of days later, the computer is running at 4.8 ghz and plays games well with no blue screens so its been stable which is the critical part, the only problem I have come across with the over clock is when entering sleep mode when it wakes up it either will not wake up or when it does it is very glitchy I have not contacted Cryo PC about this problem but it seems to be a problem with the Asus P8P67 Pro mother board I have googled the problem and I have seemed to have sorted it by disabling PLL Overvoltage in the bios and a few other hibernation features on Windows 7, I have only bothered to look into fixing this feature properly in the last week or so as the pc is very fast to boot so sleep mode is not really required. The whole point of getting this PC was to get a fast pc which could handle games, and multimedia without a problem with all the latest components this machine does that perfectly. It is also good at typing text documents as using the machine to write this. Also been running at a good temp in the recent hot weather. They also gave me a free RAT cyborg gaming mouse. I would recommended Cryo PC.

The service I received from Cryo PC was second to none.
I tried several PC builders including Cryo PC before I decided to purchase from them. From the various reviews I read on line, Cryo PC came a long way ahead of all the rest. There was not one bad review among them. It would have been easier to purchase from a company nearer to my home but quality and after sales service mattered more and they proved to be the best. I had to contact them about a minor sound problem and it was sorted in minutes. The machine which I purchased is performing wonderfully. So far I cannot praise Cryo PC enough for the product and service I received from them.

Cryo Quad exceeds expectations
Spent some time going through my requirements for a trading computer with the guys at Cryo prior to placing order. Machine now set up with 6 monitors running a large number of realtime streaming charts. Task Manager seldom goes above 10% cpu usage and has never locked up even during peak news flow periods. Installed 3 months ago and run every day this machine has never missed a beat.
Absolutley delighted to report all my expectations exceeded..

Fast but unstable system, fast and solid service
Choosing the right parts for my purposes, giving information on the results during the test phase and shipment was all very professional. In the first weeks the system was running I had a few naive questions which were answered with much patience...After a few months the RAID was building itself again regularly in the background. A few weeks later the water cooling system was leaking and I was forced to bring it to a specialized company for repairs. Now, a few months later, the pump has stopped functioning and the PC is back with the aquatuning people.

Very approachable, I even got a tour when I picked up my new PC
I picked up my new PC at Cryo PC's site in Hemel Hempstead and met the guys in person. I got a tour and they explained their latest projects to me. I even got a cup of coffee and didn't have to lift the boxes myself.
All in all, a pleasurable experience. No regrets and I'll definitely buy from Cryo PC again.
The advice prior to the purchase was sound, I felt I was well taken care of.

helpful, knowledgeable & infinitely customisable
these guys spoke to me at length, gave me various options to fulfil my (admittedly unusual) computer build request and got on with it and delivered in excellent time.
The machine they delivered to me did exactly what it was supposed to, the only fly in the ointment being in my own specification for it, for which these guys will buy back the part I shouldn't have included & fit the drive I should of specified in the first place (I was being cheap, it never pays!)
Seriously, I would highly recommend them and their abilities to create what you need.

Brilliant, helpful, fast
They were very knowledgeable and really helped me to make informed decisions about what components I was spending too much on and which too little - this meant that although I have good technical knowledge, they were able to advise me on the best performance within my budget and I ended up with a system that was far better than anything else I could find! What was even more helpful was the fact they gave me 3 quotes with slightly different components so I could compare myself!
This, along with excellent build quality (on par with some of the best computer set ups I have ever seen) really made it a pleasure to deal with them. They were always quick to reply to emails and were available for calls.
They were fractionally more expensive than some other places, but the performance gains from their cryo-boost and their excellent build quality more than made up for it!

First Rate Product + Excellent Service
Cryo listened very carefully to what I needed from my new PC - they then built the machine exactly as I had specified and had it ready for collection when promised.

First rate machine and first rate service.
There was a compatibility issue with the driver software for the graphics card on delivery of the computer, Mark from Cryopc sorted the problem quickly and skillfully. Other than that, the machine has performed faultlessly.

Outstanding service and support
I had an issue with the cooler unit on the PC and the graphics cards. Cryo took the PC back and sorted the problem without fuss of delay. I was kept up to date at all times with the progress of the work. I decided to upgrade the cards (even though Cryo managed to solve the problems with the existing ones) and I was given a good quote and made a saving with the upgrade assurance buy back scheme. A PC from Cryo is an investment. It is not the cheapest around, but for the level of support and piece of mind you get it is well worth the extra investment.

Great value for your money!!
Overall we are happy with the Cryo Genesis pc we ordered. We had a few hiccups when the person we dealt with left the company but these were quickly sorted out by Mark. We were kept updated regarding the progress of the build. The pc was dropped by the courier on delivery and sustained some cosmetic damage, but Cryo compensated us even though the pc was still working fine. A single threaded OC profile would have been a nice extra as we have several applications we use for modelling of mines which are single-threaded and believe we could have got more out of the CPU for these applications. Nonetheless its works well, seems robust and good value for your money!!

Fantastic product and superb customer service
I would very happily recommend Cryo PC. I've enjoyed over a year of great gaming as a result of my Cryo Nano.
Even when things went wrong (the video card's 2nd HDMI port was faulty), not only did Cryo responded swiftly but I even got an engineer come round, replace the faulty component, verify the new one worked fine and give the system a complete health check before leaving!
He also stated that he'd be adding a further aspect to their test plans to ensure such defects would be captured in the future - its great to see a company learn from an oversight to ensure it won't happen again.
The product since then has worked beautifully and I've been very impressed.
I can see myself buying from Cryo PC again when I need to upgrade my Nano...which won't be for a while yet!

Great service delivered by PC experts
The machine Cryopc built for me is performing perfectly and handling tasks beyond what i'd specified as necessary. I wanted a music production PC that could handle huge numbers of multi track audio and effects running real-time and they delivered. I'm now also using it for video editing and it's handling that fine too. The one instance i had a problem with a hard drive the guys at Cryopc gave me advise and attention immediately that fixed it. Couldn't be happier.
