Great Service but pen not quite what was expected 😕
Great service which made sure I got the last pen. Fast free delivery in 2 days. Very friendly staff. Thanks.
Less positive is what I expected the pen to be. I expected an exclusive pen, it is to an extent. But the pen is the same pen as the 'Tom Hessin Charles Collection Fountain Pen Highland Green' what makes it limited is the faux emerald on the top of the cap. There are only 20 of these, but my certificate shows a number over 1500, rather than 1 of 20.
All that said, the pen itself is lovely, with a beautiful resin body.

Terrible Refills
Website and service was very good, sadly the Monteverde Gel refills i bought are atrocious. they gel is very patchy and like writing on sandpaper.
