Horrible Service.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in a "company". They did not give me my items because they wanted to verify my account, which requires me submit ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION over the phone. I don't feel comfortable telephoning a stranger and telling them my name, address, date of birth, credit card number, etc. They do not issue refunds of any kind, and are 100% unwilling to resolve this issue. Worst company ever.
