Shipped wrong product from some individual in Nevada, no acion / response after many emails

Wrong item came after 4 weeks, this is after I sent multiple emails regarding time frame of shipping. When item finally did come it was from some individual in Nevada, opened the box.... wrong battery ... complete different make and model. Quickly sent off multiple emails ..... weeks go by, finally I got an email from them sating to please take a photo of the item that is supposedly incorrect. So I did and sent it back immediately thinking I'm finally get somewhere. been 3 months now .... not a work after numerous emails.

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

Rip off fraudulent company - AVOID AVOID AVOID
Same as everyone else on here, my order has resulted in no goods arriving (I am in New Zealand). No emails answered. Phone always on answerphone. I have today sought legal advice and intending to take action against this company. Have also informed Police. Pursuing dispute claim through bank and paypal (have been told that as paypal processed the payment I will get a refund). This company (of should i say "bunch of criminals" ) responded to me when I complained with threat of legal action that they would issue a refund (email from 'Bella' who - surprise surprise - answers emails across the world) and, surprise surprise, no refund. I am so hacked off about this I intend to dedicate every bit of spare time I have at the moment to inform web users of these sharks.
