I received my Missee desire clothes 4 months later but the Instagram page has disappeared and I can no longer use my promo code or get the followers that I was promised, what can I do?

At first because of all this negative comments of mindless people I thought it was a scam , but my tie dye order surprisingly arrived it arrived in month And half and I live outside the U.S

only giving one star cause zero is not an option. total scam website with zero professionalism or communication. do NOT say yes to collaborating with them. report their account immediately. all the good reviews are fake. you will spend money and your order will never arrive. when asked about the progress of the shipment your DM's and emails are ignored. thank god I didn't spend too much money and only ordered one item worth $30 but do not bother even spending that much. I placed the order on the 24th July and now its 28th august and still nothing has been delivered. very obvious it's not coming and its a scam by their immature behaviour of simply ignoring messages where I asked about it. if they're genuine and the order is simply a bit delayed due to corona restrictions, why ignore messages and emails right? any other legitimate company I've dealt with have given more information about around when I can expect to receive the order. I have no problem with it being a bit delayed since I didn't order it for any special occasion as long as they have good communication and are genuine and the order eventually arrives. but that clearly isn't the case. if you ever come across the page just report it and let your friends know the same thing. the tracking information on their website has not been updated since around 3 weeks and its still "in transit" for 3 weeks. some people had commented on their insta page saying their order never arrived but soon they were deleted. I have commented the same thing and I'm sure mine will be deleted too. usually definitely not a "Karen" when it comes to shopping but this website is totally disgusting with their customer service. especially targeting teenage girls. good thing I didn't buy too many things but my friend who spent more than $150 got nothing delivered either. even if these items do get delivered, reading the other reviews I'm pretty sure they're gonna be bad quality and we won't be able to return them since the return policy is just for 30 days. when the shipment itself takes more than 30 days how are we supposed to return? if you have ordered something and it never arrives or arrives after many months be sure to still post about it on your social media and express how much of a scam it is and tag them so your followers can report it along with you. DO NOT buy anything from this website and ignore "Ella clark" and or any other person saying they want you to collaborate. I'm sure my review will get deleted as well since you know that's their solution to everything but until it does I hope anyone who reads it will avoid them at all costs.

This is the most inconvenient scam I’ve been exposed to. You expect people to represent you and by your products via social media with a lousy discount code and then you take not one, not two BUT SIX WEEKS TO DELIVER SAID PRODUCT. Not only this bad service, but it also contradicts your promise to refund an item if returned within 30days. Obviously, this is impossible if the item is delivered after 30 days. The clothing wasn’t terrible but it was a lot more mesh-looking than the provided photo and the material looks quite different.

Very bad customer service...
They offering ambassador opportunities so you buy products from them, they offering you discount codes for you and your friends/family and there is a chance that you can earn something back, depends how many people will use the code, also they asking for pictures of you and there products so they can post it on there Instagram and you can get followers etc. To be honest is all a scam, I applied and I also ordered few items and my friends as well (didn't received any money for that) I made the pictures and everything as per request and I am trying now to contact them, two weeks already and no response back... This is a scam website, saying that they offering opportunities just for you to buy and then you won't hear back from them. Very disappointed...

Absolute rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! Poor quality stuff and RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Do not order from this company it is a complete SCAM. They take your order and money then you hear nothing. It is over 7 weeks since they took the order/money from my daughter. They are targeting teen girls with collab discounts through Instagram and it’s a complete scam. As someone has pointed out all the fake 5* reviews on here have been posted on the same day to try and counteract the honest reviews. Save your money!!!!

All the good reviews are fake!
They were all done on the same day the the other two were done the day after. Then it's nothing but bad reviews.
All the profiles look fake too.

They Dm you telling you they want to COLLAB.
Then tell you your gonna be a manager or somthing offical sounding.
Then give you a 20%/30% gift code, you use it. You never receive the item(s)

Then they forever ignore you.

Notice how ONE of the "good reviews" says - longer delivery due to COVID-19.
Thats them writing fake reviews making excuses so it seems legit that your item is "taking a while"

In reality. It's never coming. Dont fall for it.

Not too sure what to believe as yet to be honest.

The exact things have been occurring with me right now actually.... I currently have an order which i placed about 2-3 weeks ago (after all the collab messages etc etc etc)... i recieved my personalised code of my choice that i could share with friends who also wanted to purchase from the store, giving them 20% off when they used it (because i was officially collaborating with them) I guess.

Anyway, i haven't recieved the item yet, though i have recieved messages back claiming i would get a confirmation once it had shipped, and that it could be between 12-25 days for delivery. I am now waiting a response to how i would be notified? Email or ??...

I decided to Google them, as within the last couple of days, i have recieved another collaboration
Invitation on Instagram, which very much resembled the first one I recieved (and still awaiting an order). From the website, to the products for sale, right down to the profile picture being the same kinda pink background, with a simple thing in the middle. I've now read the reviews, and i can say i won't be making another purchase until i recieve the first one... but i will update my review and let everyone know what happens next.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered some clothes and never received them! Messaged the account so many times and just get ignored! I messaged some girls they collaborated with and the only bad thing they said about this company was the clothes take about a month to come... it’s been around 4 months and I have realised I am never getting my order! Wondering if the whole business is a scam!

So if you’ve already read the reviews on the fake collab scam, same exact thing happened to me with the anonymous account dming me first informing me @misseedeserie wanted to collab for free clothes blah blah blah I was very interested at first and reached out to them. They replied with a discount code and “manager” & said I’d be added to the “influencer list”. Not even an hour after our exchange the anonymous account that messaged me first repeatedly tried to video chat with me and dming me demanding I answer. Their vernacular was completely different from the first dm I received from them. Creeped me out and I blocked all accounts. I believe all great reviews on here for this website are fake. Block account if they message you!!

So... I got a dm on Instagram by an anonymous person that I should dm Misseedesire for a Collaboration. So I did. Then @/Missedesire gave me a discount code and has assigned me to @/misseedesire_ella as my collaboration manager. They said once I’ve placed my order I should send Ella my order number so she can get me set up and add me to their influencer list. They sent me a code for a discount and I bought 2 things on the 30.may from their store which still costs over 50$. The „Manager“ of the Store told me that if I would have any questions I should ask her. Her Ig is @/misseedesire_ella . After reading these reviews, I’m scared that I probably fell into a scam even tho I dm‘ed a lot of girls which have collaborated with them and the only bad thing they said about Misseedesire was, that the clothes do took a little while to come. I now sent a dm to @/misseedesire_ella aka. Ella Clarke to ask her how long the clothes probably will take to arrive. I see that she’s online but she’s ignoring my messages. And yes it’s only two days ago but I’m having a bad feeling after I informed myself more about them.. I will update you if anything new happens... let’s hope that I will get my clothes.

First time order from this company & the last. Item arrived with hole in it, they said they could offer a £5.00 refund to get it repaired. Given current situation be hard pressed to find anyone who would repair it & not for £5.00!! I email them ask if they could send another item & give refund didnt hear anymore for 4 days after a number of messages were sent still no reply accept my loss & reluctantly accepted offer of £5 they replied!!! Didnt end there wore the item once after attempt to repair hole & discovered another hole in top this time, look as if a store tag had been removed creare hole by label. So all told not a good experience, please everyone bear in mind before making an online purchase with them

They are a scam will ask to collab and then say to give you free outfits once you send them your purchase order then you won’t see your money or hear from them again. Aka oh desire misseedesire and other sites

Scam alert!!! My Daughter purchased an outfit in early Oct, now 8th Dec and tracking has not updated since Oct 24th, leaving China. Terrible service.

DON'T USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. They message me on insta asking about a collab. Once I order they ignored my messages and for over a week my order has been "possessing" they have now blocked me in Instagram

We ordered a hottie on October 7th. Today is November 18th. They wanted to contact us once shipped. Nothing. Contacted them twice on Instagram. Haven’t even read the message. Horrible horrible scam. Wished I would’ve read the reviews first.

I was contacted through my Instagram account about doing a collab with them wasn’t initially going to agree but thought I’d help them out and advertise their items. Got a code and ordered on the 14th October and was advised it’s up to 12 working days delivery... 29th October I received a text to say it had been shipped... 4th novermber I Recieved another text to say the same it is now the 17th November and I still haven’t received my order in which I had spend over £50.... I’ve contacted their page serveral times and emailed too and not got a single response back. Disgusting way to treat customers. When I first brought this up to the page they asked for my order number and said they’ll check for me and never even got back to me, absolutely disgraceful, lucky for them they’ve got a screen and the unknown to save them 🤬😡 raging is an understatement!!
