i ordered an xbox live code 24 hours ago and still not yet recieved it .mailed them several times and still no reply or code . the cheeky shits even took the money out my bank straight away daylight robbery i will not be using these again.

This company has been nothing but problems for me and I advise that you do not make any purchases.
When I first made a purchase it took a couple of days not hours, the second time wasn't so bad but on the third and last time one of the vouchers sent to me didn't work and when I sent an e-mail to the company they didn't respond to me.
they owe me a £15 itunes voucher and wont respond to me e-mails, I will never buy from them again
They used to not be so bad, nothing amazing but now it has been 3 days since I ordered an xbox code which is advertised as being delivered the same day, I got no code and yet the order says it has been delivered, I have tried contacting them several times and no response, guess I'll have to see if anything will happen on day 4 but as far as I'm concerned they've stolen my money.
Got the code eventually, still will not use them again, there is much better websites which I will be using.
Good website and apparently good and efficient admin staff , I received the Product Name and serial number immediately following payment, Despite telling me with my account details that the product has been emailed it remains elusive despite contacting customer service for advice via email which seems to have been ignored. Come on Digisub.co.uk GET YOU ACT IN ORDER.
Changed my opinion slightly. It took Digisub a long time to respond to my questions and to fulfill their side of the deal by delivering my software link, however they have come through in the end and I thank them for that.
I will buy from them again.
I Have Ordered Codes Approx 20 Times In A Couple Years, Not Once Have They Delivered Within An Hr, Let Alone 10mins, Im Currently Awaiting xbox Points "Same-Day" Since Yesterday.
I Also Sent An Email Requesting My Code But As You May Of Guessed They Are Taking Thier Time To Reply.
All I Suggest Is To Be Patient And Go To A Supermarket The Following Day And Pay The Extra Pound Or Two, To Actually Recieve An Instant Code.
I ordered an Xbox Live Subscription on 19/11/2012 and was finally told on 23/11/2012 that "We are still awaiting stock for this, please accept my sincerest apologies. If you would like a refund please reply to this email. We expect stock in the next day or two."
I told them if it was only going to be a day or 2 then not to worry, otherwise I would like a refund. Subsequently to that I sent numerous emails to them asking for a refund to which I received no reply.
2 months later (06/01/2013) I received the code. Still trying to get a refund and no reply, there is no was of contacting them and I have tried email, facebook and have just been in touch with their accountants.
I would mention a good alternative company but this would probably violate the terms and conditions of this site and I want people to read these comments.
My order has now been received however I must apologise to the guys on the site as the problem with my order was actually my own fault as I can't spell my own email address correctly. Thanks for sorting it out folks an apologies for the mix up.
WAITED LONGER THAN EXPECTED BUT GOOD SERVICE AND DELIVERY WHEN IT CAME TO IT. WOULD RECOMMEND DUE TO CHEAP PRICES. :)
I purchased Guild Wars 2 from Digisub back in July, I didn't really give the game the time it deserved initially but with some free time at Christmas decided to give it another go.
Sadly upon installing the game again I was having trouble logging in, checked my account details with Arenanet and they were all good and correct. I logged a support ticket with Arenanet and their reply was quite shocking to me. It would appear that Digisub have sold me product key that was originally obtained from Arenanets site using a stolen credit cards and thus has been permanently disabled.
I emailed Digisub today and also left a message on their facebook page I have had no confirmation and no updates on how they are planning on dealing with essentially selling me stolen goods.
Update............Once initial contact was established a full refund was given with a very quick turn around.

It is excellent service, it's convenient, and customer support is excellent, especially when live chat is available. One issue to take into consideration with regards to registering, is that there is a need to prevent fraud. However once the first order has been validated, my experience has been fast and efficient service.
have bought fifa coins from this company several times now only ever had to wait once longer than expected i contacted them instead of imedietly leaving bad feedback and appologies and explanation given coins delivered as promised will have no hesitation using this company ever . i never usually have to wait longer than 10/15 minutes for my coins and customer service is second to none thanks digisub
i ordered a 3 month xbox live code 6 hours ago and am still waiting on it being delivered, i have sent 2 email complaints about this order and have still had no reply. i am a verified customer and havent had a problem with delivery before (excluding the very 1st time). this is seriously not acceptable considering my money was taken from my bank account straight away. not happy and certainly would not, at this point, recommend this site to anyone :(
finally got my code after waiting for 19 hours!!!! no explanation or apology for this either. this is what i received :

I first ordered 400,000 Fifa coins and within an hour they were in my team. Easy check out and then due to receiving loyalty points I ordered another 50,000 coins with £1.66 off. As they were online at the time, my coins were in my bank in 10 minutes. Absolutely awesome site for anything ranging from FIFA coins to PSN cards. Great service and the costumer service is very welcoming. Will definitely be coming again.

I ordered some coins for FIFA Ultimate Team and expected the coins delivered in 24 hours as the site says. After 17 hours the money had been withdrawn from my account but still no coins. I emailed them twice, but no answer so of course i started to worry a bit. After some time they answered to my mails with a e-mail saying that what i had ordered was out of stock and it would be delayed, so i thought i would rather just get a refund. I posted on their Facebook wall, got an apology and a instant refund.
Ok service, no problems with the refund.

On Wednesday I placed and order for 4200 Xbox points, and thus far I've had NOTHING back. I left a voice mail to 'verify' myself as a customer, (and heard NOTHING back, I also sent an email to chase, and heard NOTHING back. The site, and on here, says that customers can use the 'Live Chat' service, which doesn't actually exist anywhere I can see on the site, and if it does, its well hidden away.
Indeed if there is a live chat service it should be an option on every page. If I don't hear anything today I will assume the company have stolen my details. So to summarize, NO customer service, & NO communication. I can't suggest to anyone to use these clowns as they seem unable, and unwilling to even attempt to fulfill purchase contracts that unwitting customers wish to take out with them.
Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: So on Friday I finally received a rather terse email from Digisub

No apology, or explanation for why it took two DAYS to 'instantly' send my points to me. Aside from this asking me to improve my score rating, nothing. There is absolutely no customer service at all. Just an expectation to see them right for eventually getting round to sending me what I purchsed. Beyond rubbish. I'll move it to two stars, purely because they eventually sent me my points, in total silence.
Tried emailing nthem sent them a email by there form tried facebook them it's pathetic all I want is Xbox live gold 12 month spent ages on thr phone to microsoft to tell me the company has not validatdd the code great

I have ordered from Digi Sub before and was really happy with the speed in which they were delivered first time i've spent a larger sum of money on the site and now my account is "Awaiting Manual Review" they tell you this after you have paid £X amount and is really not acceptable. If this is addressed within the next hour i will amend my review star rating. Amended now i have received the code 3 hours late with no reason why.... The wording on the site needs changing you do get your good they just are instant as stated on the site
Normally service is quick, but delivery is never instant even though been using for over 1 year, I always have to email after 10 mins. Today the order has been over 12 hours and received no communication from DigiSub after several attempts.
Think that the wording needs to be amended slightly for the instant delivery or sort something out.
I ordered 200,000 coins for FIFA Ultimate Team and I've been waiting to receive them for over a day, I have emailed and posted on DigiSub's wall on Facebook and I've had no replies even though I recieved an email saying that the payment had gone through, someone who works for digisub please help me out! I will up my rating if someone replies/helps me out I'm very worried!
After a 6 hour wait for verification on my first order I was hesitant to use this service again. However as digisub informed me that "any future orders you make will be dispatched instantly, and you will not have to be verified" I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, Iv waited over 3 hours and still have not received my 'instant' delivery.

Disappointing. I would not recommend, look for another company.
Update: My code arrived 18 hours later and was told its same day, I still firmly stick by if you want a code instantly, look elsewhere.

after initially recieving the wrong code i contacted them through the web chat and they quickly sent the corrected code. i did panic as the first code didnt work and then i read reviews but turned out fine in the end and i would recommend to others and will be using again
I made my first transaction yesterday evening and woke up to find the coins in my account.
Also spoke to customer service through the live chat who gave me 5* responses

This is possible the worst online experience I have ever had with a company. I wish I had read the reviews posted here first. Sure I'm a first time user and in the e-mail they sent they imply that an hour is all I should have to wait for them to perform a manual review. They even supply an e-mail address if you are waiting any longer. My order of Xbox live points was placed nearly two days ago and I have still have not received my order. Oh sure the money came out of my account within minutes of me placing my order but since then nothing. I have sent e-mails and registered several complaints with my order. I have even gone so far as to demand my money back which according to their terms and conditions I am now entitled to.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALL THEY ARE INTERESTED IN IS YOUR MONEY. They seem to have no interest in supplying you with your product or responding to your queries regarding your product.
Received a comment stating that it was sent to me instantly and to check my spam folder I have been checking both my spam and inbox folders regularly and have still not received my code. So no Digisub it was not sent!!!
I no longer want the points as I do not wish to have anything further to do with this company. I want they money they were so quick to take refunded to me asap. This review will stay here until I get a full refund and an apology
It is now 8:12am And I have now just received my code. There is no coincidence that only a few minutes ago I added that I wanted a full refund and an apology instead of my points. This is not how you do business Digisub. You shall not be receiving any further business from me.

DigiSub has managed to send me 2 emails and has taken my payment (which involved sending a text message to my mobile) but still has not delivered my voucher.
If you are in a hurry try another site that does not blatantly mislead its customers

Update: Now over 10 Hours since my money was taken and well into the next working day - Still no voucher.... Will soon be on the phone to my Credit Card company.
Update 2: After 11.5 Hours the codes have finally appeared on email with no apology or recognition of the extended delay - Luckily they work and only 11 Hours and 20 Mins late...
As others have pointed out here, the unique selling point of this site is that it provides codes 'instantly', promising delivery via e-mail within 10 minutes. This is not the case, especially for a first-time registrant such as myself. I have so far been waiting 30 minutes and still no communication beyond my initial payment confirmation. When I pay for a service in which I want something right away, this is unacceptable.
My advice would be to shop elsewhere - there are plenty of other sites offering the same service and this one does not fulfil exactly what it promises.
Advertised as "Delivered to you within 10 minutes! No need to wait." but I've been waiting 2 hours for my Xbox code now. I know it's the weekend, but if that makes a difference then that should be made clear on the website and I'd have ordered from elsewhere.
