You cancelled event and have not refunded me for well over a month, your site says 10days and email response said 28 days before refund ,it is now way past those timescales, as a first time user this doesn't bode well for me ever using you again unless this is rectified promptly

Impossible to contact customer services…
Impossible to contact customer services for a phone call. We have an order with eventim.bg that has completely disappeared. We are trying to resell them officially as they're worth 260 euros and we can no longer attend, but can't do so because they've disappeared for reasons unknown, and we can't even get in touch with anyone to figure out whats happened. Very poor.

App is rubbish
App is rubbish. Had to print off ticket from original order acknowledgement email as not showing in the app and no way to get them in there. Have just bought early bird tickets for next year's Edinburgh paychfest and they're not showing on the app either. Pure shite.
