Divine Photography 

We win Tracy on heart fm wedding competition, she bugged us for months trying to get us to book more than the hours we won and to pay upfront. We could not afford extra hours so we only booked the free hours we won. It took us 4 months to get our photos and we even asked her to sit at the head table on the day and gave her a meal, she turned up at the wedding with her daughter and was really unprofessional. I had to chase her every other day for just a cd with our photography and never reviewed our canvas and glass block, the cd came in the post with a hand written name on and no letter or anything. I rang and rang and emailed, excuse after excuse, we r so disappointed its unreal, we will never get the memories back and to top it all of the photos we did get looked like a toddler
Had taken them. She must have had a personality transplant since the first review on here was written.

Waited 5 months for just 5 small prints of a friends wedding. Photographer failed to answer numerous emails and messages. Was rude and unprofessional. Constantly gave false information on the few occasions she did respond to my messages. Overall a company to be avoided.

We wish we’d never booked Tracy as our wedding photographer.
We got married in April and still dont have our wedding album.
We recieved the same kind of service that unfortunatly the other reviewer did on here. She lies, didnt show for our appointment either and has basically run off with our money which will will have to go to the small claims court to recover. Planning your wedding should be a special time and Tracy made it so stressful with her treatment of us. Its now 2 months since we heard from her and she’s completly ignoring us despite us trying every form to contact her.
Once she has your money her service changes completly and she doesnt seem to have a conscience as most people save for ages for their weddings and dont have money to spare but she’s more than happy to take it from you and not provide you with what was agreed.
Very unhappy with her lack of service and morals indeed.
