This company is a scam. I ordered two bike computers with 2 day shipping three weeks ago. I have not received them and they refuse to provide a refund. I have had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Do not trust.

I've just had the most difficult time in trying to exchnage an order with e-omc. after constant confusion, i opted to cancel my order than accept the jacket i had sent in for exchange. I would rather re-order the same jacket from a new store and re-pay shipping, and take more time, than give my money to e-omc, what does that say??
If you buy anything from e-omc, I hope you wont need to deal with customer service to return/exchnage your item.

I was skeptical after reading many reviews of this business so I called them up before placing my order for a MHW Alchemy jacket. They told me it was in stock so I made the order.
My shipment was processed and left their store the next day! (equipped with tracking number).
Free 3 day shipping was awesome, ordered on Thursday evening and had my jacket by midday on Monday. Five of five from me, I'll be back!

terrible web site and business model. ordered a marmot limelight 2p tent that was on sale, put in credit card info, had confirmation of order emailed to me. Next day I get an email saying that they are out of the item and they are uncertain when it will become available, and is there another tent i might be interested in ordering. Is it really that hard to have your inventory updated real time? I think its a bait and switch tactic. would never do business with this site.
