Eaststore 

I placed an order for a woman's jacket back in March. After I submitted my payment, I did not get an email confirmation or any confirmation from the website. I found the order on my account indicating that it is being processed. I decided to trust them since I have ordered from them twice before and they have always been very professional. Fast forward to April and I still did not hear from them or received the product. I submitted multiple email inquiries through their website, which is the only way to communicate with them. I never got a response. Finally two months later, I gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Luckily, I was able to get my money back, but I doubt my credit card company was able to get the money back from eaststore.com. Be super careful when ordering anything from China!

I've been meaning to write this for a long time now. I ordered what seemed to be a beautiful cheongsam/qipao from eaststore.com and this is why it was TERRIBLE:

1. It didn't come on time like promised
2. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone to talk to to check the status of the order
3. When it finally came in (too late for me to wear it for the occasion), it was not like the picture online nor did it fit the description. Definitely was NOT silk! It was a thin, rough, cheap material. And what is this? One size fits all?? I would expect some alterations needed, but this was way bigger than what I ordered.
4. And of course... It was impossible to contact anyone about how to return the dress. The package said not to send anything to the attached address and to contact the store for returns, but I was never able to get in touch with anyone.

In summary, it was a horrible experience. I thought I was spending a good amount of money on a good product in return, but they let me down, severely. I feel so cheated! And now I'm out $200 USD!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! and I will find as many ways to post this review so that nobody else gets cheated by them!

Great quality dresses. I ordered the cute thai silk mid length dress in gray and the workmanship was immpecable. Although I already purchased a qipao at a boutique in Soho, NY I am much more happy with East Store's workmanship, I will be purchasing another feom them for my wedding day

I just recieved my jackets and they are absolutely beautiful. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with my purchase. I also want to thank you for making sure that they arrived in time for my trip. I am an artist and I have a show that opens tonight. I will be wearing the dragon jacket because it's just the perfect outfit for the show. Thank you again for such great service.

I ordered from Eastsote.com 2 years ago. Although they made mistakes, they rectified after I spent $78 more and time delayed. This time, I placed 2 orders. Given the experience I had previously, I meticulously detailing the measurements and specific requests, and confirmed with Eaststore.com. However, the results were disastrous.
The first one, they used the wrong material with much busier pattern than I specified, the patterns are not neatly matched like they are shown on the jackets in the website. To top it all, the dressmaker decided to use bigger and multi-color buttons from the simple ones I selected. The jacket ended up with random patterns, so busy and colorful that makes me look like a Beijing opera singer. I detailed the “wrongs” to Eaststore.com a number of times, they didn’t even dignify with a response!!
The second one is a burn-out silk in beige multi. On the website, it is nice beige color, but my is more of white than beige since the lining is in pure white without the nice beige piping on the jacket! The measurements were out of wack. I look like a hippo bride! I took photos with a tape measure to show how the measurements are different from my order. They refuse doing anything about it. They wrote me back, “We checked the items with your sizes and requests, we are sure that we made the correct items from here”!!! I found it is a totally dishonest, distasteful way to treat their returned customer.
Of course, I’ll NEVER go back to Eaststore. The store is no longer a credible on-line shopping place. They promised everything to get you to send the money, fall so short in delivery.
