I placed my order in the evening and it was handled/shipped the next day. Shipment came in a bubble wrap envelope in one week (to Finland) using standard mail. So far everything seems to work fine. I was a little worried if all the products made the trip without damage, because although in a bubble wrap envelope, the products inside (3x900mah battery, 3xliquid) were moving freely inside the relatively large envelope. So despite the comfortably cheap standard shipping price i do wish that a smaller envelope was used (or a little stuffing added) to reduce risk of damage during transit due to products clattering against each other.

Customer service was kind and helpful, also the chat service was very useful! The only hindrance was that when the "new user starter bundle" was out of stock the only info i could get from the customer service on the arrival of new stock was "soon". That's problematic since it basically means that it could arrive soon or it might not and therefore doesn't help nor answer the question really. I think the customer service should be able to acquire and provide a realistic estimate on when the product will be back in stock. Best would be (and better than many ecig shops i've seen) if there was an estimate (only if realistic of course) next to the "out of stock" announcement on the product page. It's now been 2 weeks and the product is still out of stock.

Since I was eager to switch to ecigs and didn't want to wait (waited for a week i think), i went ahead and sorted out what to buy if i was to order the starter kit included parts separately. Note that this is not a simple task for someone starting "ecigging" and although i did find most of the information out from around the internet, the customer service was helpful in this process (although they could've suggested another product / possibility to replace the out of stock one on initial contact <-hint :) ).

But as implied in the title, the overall experience was good, and the point's that i made in this review are meant as constructive feedback to help further enhance the customer experience. Thanks! Think i'll go and have a few puff's now :).
