I was able to purchase a microwave and have it delivered within a week vs the same one that would take over a month with our local stores. I was frequently updated on the status and delivery times.
Overall a great experience.

Nice and professional. They answered everyone of my questions. They sold me exactly what was advertised no tricks or false advertising. And quick shipping. All around great and trustworthy company to purchase from and a great price as well. A win, win. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again.

Delivery was great but there were 2 small dents in the new fridge and we did not get the water hose we bought with it.

The guys used a 2-man device to install clothes dryer and took away old one rather quickly.

Great service and shipping

Poor, I am a longtime customer and the first time I have a problem with something I am treated like the worry I must say is TRASH because I am not believed and give it a hard time or I had to go to the loan company to tell them about my experience.

I am very disappointment regarding a recent order and the poor customer service experience that followed.
I received a damaged unit (weighing 55 lbs). Prior to purchasing, I was assured that any damaged item would be replaced at no charge. However, when I called to report the issue, I was told the unit could not be replaced and that I would need to place a new order instead.
Furthermore, I encountered two significant issues with the return process:
1. Unexpected Fee: I was informed by customer service that I could bring the item to UPS without printing the return label, as UPS would print it directly from their system for free. Upon arriving, UPS charged me a $3.18 minimum printing fee, leaving me with the choice to either pay out of pocket or carry the 55 lb item back home.
2. Incomplete Refund: Although I was promised a full refund—including the $50 shipping fee—due to the item arriving damaged, only a partial refund was initially issued. I had to call back to request the remaining $50 shipping refund because the original agent failed to include it.
This entire process resulted in a significant waste of time and effort, as well as an unnecessary out-of-pocket expense for an issue caused by a damaged delivery. The Electronic Express should reimburse me the $3.18 printing fee incurred due to incorrect information provided by their support team.

When I purchased a iPad they charged me 3 times and I took they a long time to investigate and give me my money back

The price was great and my husband loves his new stove.

Placed the order, got good communication on progress & tracking as soon as it shipped in a timely manner.

great experience called confirmed delivered on time when they said they'd be there. Professional not in a rush took there time did as I requested dropped of in the kitchen where my laundry closet is they even offered to throw away the cardboard I declined bc I knew they had more stops but wanderfull overall experience I highly recommend the crew I had the overall process from ordering to them calling and confirming to actually being on time to dropping off and leaving was pleasant alot less stress then antisapated I would and will do it again

I purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 from Electronics Express on 8/30/2026 They cancelled my order on 9/1/26 after charging my card I called customer service and talked to the most rude person ever which is unacceptable The person told me the credit card company is the one that cancelled the order the credit card company said that was not true and the card was charged Electronics express cancelled my order because the Nintendo switch 2 price was going up on 9/1/26 It’s a shame that we have crooked companies like this I refuse to ever do business with rude unprofessional and most important dishonest people like this.

Great selection, competitive prices, free and friendly delivery, and best of all, a local/regional company instead of a generic mega e-tailer.

Cancelled my order and did not inform me of the cancellation.
