I ordered a Nikon d7000. I sent an email to confirm that the camera i wanted was in stock, i had a quick reply. i placed an order, received a call to confirm delivery time followed by text. on time, very good customer service and very pleased with the process from start to finish.

spoke to a lady on the phone, (sorry forgot your name) she talked me through my questions, then left the decision to me, as some of you know it's a mine field out there as what to buy to suit your needs, I chose the "fuji HS10". Delivery was well within the 1 hour time slot as promiced and communication second to none. Recommend to all in the market for a camera.

Because i tried to order the camera in thr early hour of the morning but the system crashed when i got to the last piece.But later that morning the company phone me to see if i still required the camera,I told them i did still want the camera and they told me it would be there the next day, Which it was and told there would a 1hour window for delivery the camera came with in the window as promised. all i can say is exellent

Ssuperb service from start to finish. My order was placed at approx. 12:00 noon last Thursday and immediately followed up with a flurry of e-mails confirming order, despatch and delivery partner. Delivery arrived the following day at approx 13:20 which was in the alloted hour delivery slot from the courier. Product was very competitively priced.

I ordered my camera on a Sunday evening, paid a very small delivery charge, received a email to let me know it would be delivered on Tuesday which i could track and be given a time slot via text which allowed me to arrange to be at home. My item arrived within the time slot,
a very good service all round.

pay for what you get

I paid a small delivery charge for next day delivery, and was told that I would receive an e'mail to confrim this, which I did, but the best part was that I could track the order and was given a delivery slot between 4.00pm and 6.00pm on the day of delivery, my parcel arrived at 4.10pm. The price that I paid for my camera was cheaper tham Amazon even with the delivery charge, but I thought that your delivery service could not be bettered, and I would not hesitate to buy from you again, or to recommend you highly with a five star rating.

Truly five star service

I ordered a Panasonic S70 camcorder from Equipment Express because it was one of four places on the net that had such low prices. When I read that they delivered next day for £2.49 it clinched it. They Emailed me back to confirm the order and gave me a tracking reference. I checked the tracking next morning at 07.00 and could see that it was in the area. An Email arrived at 08.00 stating that delivery would be between 08.30-09.00. It arrived via DCD at 08.35! Absolutely brilliant. Great co-ordinated service at a great price.

Fantastic Amazing Service

Absolute best price I could find for the Nikon D3100 DSLR. I placed my order on the Friday evening, Monday I had an email saying this item was unfortunatley out of stock, but a delivery was expected with in the next couple of days, I was happy to wait. Tuesday I had another email saying my item had been dispatched and would be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday morning I received a text saying my item would be delivered between 2:04 & 3:04pm so I left work about 1:45 so I was home in plenty of time. 2:05pm my item was delivered! I have never experienced such amazing service before and when ordering such a high valued item over the internet there is often a little doubt in the back of your mind 'is this site legit?' especially when you've never used them before, well Equipment Express you surpassed yourselves and I would thoroughly recommend this site to anyone without hesitation. Thank you, my daughter was over the moon with her first DSLR!

I'm always wary about buying a product from a new website, but the bundled deal on offer at a cheaper price than the other usual shopping sites made me take a risk. A First Class Service

The item was ordered late on a Sunday evening and arrived in Northern Ireland first thing on Tuesday morning. You can't better that for sevice. They are also contactable by telephone on a non premium line with real people available to speak to you if required. These days that is a big plus, as you can always ask for advice etc. Could not fault them on price, availability, attitude and service. I recomend them unreservedly.
