I ordered an item online but unfortunately it was the incorrect size. I telephoned eSpares and they were very polite and helpful. They processed the correct order for me immediately. Their communication in advising of current status of order and delivery was excellent. Would definitely recommend them.
After I lost the timer button for my cooker I had a trawl online and found this site. I put in the make, model and serial number and my part was found! I ordered and it was with me in a few days.. with a fridge magnet and pen too! Thanks guys.. Keep doing what you're doing! Mega impressed.

Confirming - the part number you have sent matches the part number int he original order - ES 1558758 I just want to reiterate what I said in my call to you that it was the packaging which was faulty - 2 replacement bowls in a less than rigid cardboard box with only a minimal amount of bubble wrap separating them - was never really going to survive the journey to France. I am surprised that one of them seems to have arrived intact.
However - your service is excellent other than that: Kept well informed as to status of delivery. And wonderful after sales service. The guy on the telephone when I called about the broken part could not have been more polite and helpful. Now just hoping the replacement arrives in one piece.
You could teach the French a thing or 3 about after sales service - it's appalling here - truly appalling - a national disgrace even the French admit that it's terrible. They are rude slow and do nothing.

Ordered washing machine transit bolts,they were out of stock,I found my self by calling them,cos waiting too long,So I cancel the order,and bought it elsewhere.Money didn't received,so I call them again last week,yeah yeah don't worry they said 3 to 5 working days.today I received package that I don't needed anymore.spent about 5 £ on phone calls already,useless company.
Delivery company only gave 1hour notice before attempting delivery of my order and never left a slip to colkect from a depot. Item got returned. Staff kingly contacted me to take alternative address and re-deliver the parcel free of additional delivery charge. Item arrived safely a couple days later. On a previous experience with eSpares I watched one of their DIY videos which I found really handy.
I tried to find the part (Hotpoint Fridge Freezer) on the site but got a bit confused where to look (to do with my age not the site), I telephoned and after a few moments I had the answers to all my questions. I ordered on site rather than over the phone, that was about 2:30 Saturday afternoon. I also ordered a new brush for the Dyson at the same time. Monday 10:30 in the morning there were my two orders. Within the hour both were fitted perfectly. Unfortunately the seal for the freezer did not cure the problem I had, back to the drawing board. Excellent service will use again in fact I have used them before and they surpassed that deliver time. Keep up the good work.
I ordered some replacement parts for my built in Neff fridge but unfortunately picked the wrong size. No problem/ A quick phone call to espares sorted the correct parts and arranged for return of the wrong ones. Refund made very promptly. I have now received the parts in my order and they are exactly what I wanted. This was exceedingly efficient and helpful service only next time I need to remember to check the correct part against the model numbre . If only all suppliers were up to eSpares standards.
tried here in-Ireland to get part but the cost was to much.
E mailed.E-spares and had all the information on the tumble dryer .even with sterling change i saved money and ordered the part and was delivered with in 5 days and a dvd on line how to fix it. Well done
I have ordered some products that are unquestionably cheaper in UK and do not have any characteristics where i expect to use the danish superior warranty laws. It has been one big disappointment, the products are not described very well, and even though I cancelled my initial order and created a ticked with their customer service - the order was sent and invoiced along with my later order. They cannot provide me with a return label outside UK, so I have to cover the costs of returning the products - and they sent me a wrong product/mislabeled product as well. I cant help but wonder if this is a deliberate approach, since my cancellation was confirmed on their website and only shows one order. It should not be possible for them to send undesputable cancelled orders with a more cost for the consumer - that just seems very strange to me. Espares ticket no. T10214693
Never had anything but good service. On this last occasion, they excelled themselves - I wanted to return two items, bought at the same time, because I had found, on dismantling the cooker, that there were other failings and it was not economical to carry out the repair. Accepted them back (even though no fault on their part) - full refund. Thank you again.

I have used espares before and did not have any problems, but this time I got sent the wrong belts, paid for two packs and only one arrived which was the wrong belts emailed customer services who just did not do anything for me and have now stopped coresponding with me at all, I felt that their sevice had gone downhill and on ocassions
when I have had problems with reputable companies they make an effort to at least contact me by phone or otherwise until problem has been solved but not espares. They have certainly lost my custom if thats how they have to make money out of people.

I had been looking around for a new inner glass part for my cooker and had put it off because I couldn't be sure I had the right part and it seemed expensive. Then one day I bit the bullet and looked again, I found espares on google and they had the best price I had found by a long way. The website was really easy to use and very clear with videos for how to fit the spares you were buying. I gave them a ring to check I had got the right part and spoke to a really cheerful and helpful member of staff who checked it all quickly for me and took my order over the phone. It was sent by courier the best day with a link provided to check my delivery with a one hour delivery slot. I couldn't be in so I was told by espares that I could leave a message for the courier and they could leave it somewhere or deliver it to a neighbour. Next day, on time and well packaged I got my glass and all was exactly as stated. Was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction and impressed with their service. Definitely recommend the company very highly!
absolutely delighted - was trawling through the internet looking to see if anyone had had the same problem with their cooker as me - fully expecting to have to buy a new cooker and came across the eSpares website. For the price of £20 I bought a new hinge and followed the videos on the site and it is as good as new.

I have used this company many times, usually in a domestic crisis that needs to be resolved urgently ( eg fridge door hinges broken and a full fridge of food about to go to waste) and they offer an unrivalled level of customer service, every time.
It is rare to speak to people who care, are patient and really try to help. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. An amazing level of service, from several different members of staff...I think they are all wonderful! And the website works well too....another plus. Highly recommended.
Having e mailed e spares on good friday, I realised it was not the brightest thing to do.
However, the query was answered on easter monday, with an excellent price and delivery promise. True to their word the del Co gave me an hour slot for the wed'day and stuck to it.
Parts arrived with full fitting instructions.
Was I glad to get my dishwasher back,!!!

Although showing as in stock, items received one week after order. Charged £3.99 on a £10 order value for the privilege. Items similarly priced to ebay, Amazon and other online retailers, yet in my experience other retailers despatch same day and very often arrive the next day. Customer service staff can do nothing more than hide behind their Ts & Cs and multiple Emails to their Director, Martin Depper, provoke no response whatsoever.
My advice, spend your money elsewhere, get the same items for the same price and much faster.
If you need spares for lots of makes of appliances try eSpares first the service is top notch. We had a poorly dishwasher and we had a rough idea what we required but with their help we got what we wanted and the icing on the cake was their use of DPD for delivery. We received emails saying when the parcel was dispatched and then the day and time it would be with us for example they told us that between 09:14hrs and 10:14hrs,at 09:13hrs the delivery person was knocking on our door. There is no way you can better that for service and our dishwasher is back in full working order.
Ordered a replacement handle kit for our washer drier.
We needed fast as no washing machine for a famly with babies is VERY inconvenient.
Espares offered the kit for £8 less than other sites, charged £6 for next day delivery via courrier which is very reasonable. After checking for Espares and other competitors on this site I went for Espares for their top ratings. The item arrived as promised the next day and within the hour delivery slot the courrier has informed me of via SMS.
Washing machine fixed within 24hrs and during the Easter break for 30 something quids when AEG was quoting £199. Thank you Espares !

After moving home, fitted our Zanussi Washing machine only to find it kept giving the error code E40 combined with a series of clicks from the area of the door lock. Guessed this was a door lock sensor problem. Looked on line and was lucky enough to find eSpares. Made finding the correct part simple and ordering even simpler. I ordered a grill pan hand from eSpares - it arrived promptly. Unfortunately, after two uses it broke - this was clearly a manufacturing fault. eSpares sent me another, not waiting to receive back the faulty one. They e-mailed me clear return instructions and a returns label. I received the following e-mails: notification that the handle had been dispatched, advice as to the day of delivery, advice as to time of delivery. It arrived exactly on time! So within a couple of days, I had my new handle which works perfectly. Many thanks to eSpares - superb service.
A vegetable tray for a non-listed Miele fridge model was no problem for eSpares. They found the part number from a verbal description and put in a special order. Delivery took a couple of weeks with an apology from eSpares but that's really good for a non-existent part and and it's a perfect replacement. Many thanks to eSpares staff.
I needed a bulb for a Sharp Microwave. manufacturer instructions said its replacement was a service engineer job. eSpares had the special bulb and sent it next day delivery. It took half an hour to fit. Excellent service - I will certainly use them again!! David J
i have an indesit dryer, and some parts needed replacing. asked my local official distributor and my eyes nearly popped at the prices.
came online to search for an alternative and am so glad I found espares! prices were significantly cheaper than what my local appointed distributor quoted, and even after currency conversion and international shipping, I save a good 50% - 60%!
customer service was also great - the staff were polite and address your problem you are facing - what a refreshing change compared to other companies!
products also well described and came exactly as mentioned. everything worked well. loved that they have videos to teach you to how to fix your appliances yourself!
minor drawback is that I had some issues with their shopping cart. sometimes even after adding an item, it doesn't display, and sometimes it shows 2 times of the same item (cos' i try to add again..and this time it displays both items). wonky and a tad frustating.
I still rate it 4 stars for everything else that is working so well! great price, great customer service, products as stated, DIY videos and reasonable international shipping!
Ordered shelves for LG Fridge after searching other websites and found them both straight away using the model number of my fridge and they were the cheapest found and ordered on the wednesday afternoon and delivered on the friday.
