Bought the Polluno city bike. It worked fine for 2 months then the charger broke. It took 2 months for them to confirm it was the charger and then they asked me to go and buy a new one and gave me the money after I bought it. Bike then worked for 3 months before breaking again. This time an electrical fault that makes the battery cut out. We have spent the last four months sending videos of us doing the repairs. Then they say they will send a new battery which has never arrived. Asked for a refund and ignored. Now starting court proceedings for a refund.

I had purchased a mobile phone from espow online shopping, but i was return it for refund,by saying customer service of espow. I was sent many mails to company for refund problem but company is not give replay. So what i except to company.i think espow cheat me.
How many day i was wait for refund.

I ordered 6 Lipo batteries for the Syma indoor helicopters that my grandson and I fly when we are able to get together on Oct. 22nd of this year and after not even receiving an e-mail confirming ESPOW had received my order, I e-mailed the company to inquire if the order had in fact been received. I received a response on Oct. 25th that the order had been received on Oct.22nd and that payment had been confirmed that same day. I was also told in the Oct. 25th e-mail from ESPOW that I should expect to receive the order in 7 to 14 business days. Today is Dec. 15th and I still HAVE NOT received my order and I'm starting to think I never will. I have e-mailed ESPOW several times asking what the problem is and Janet from ESPOW keeps telling me in replies to my inquiries that my order has been shipped and is on the way but the United States Postal Service seems to have no record of the tracking number ESPOW provides. I have placed a lot of on line orders with numerous companies over the years and ESPOW is by far the WORST company I have ever encountered. In my last e-mail I asked that they either re-ship my order or refund my money and I was told that ESPOW would be happy to give me a discount on my next order.................AS IF I WERE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO EVEN THINK OF PLACING ANOTHER ORDER WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid purchasing anything from ESPOW!! In my opinion they are an internet scam, nothing else

The ESPOW provides a good shopping experience to me. The coupon of them is also very satisfying for me. The response of customer service staffs is effective.

Some weeks ago we ordered a dress for my daughter birthday and only today, one week before it as I wrote an e-m@il I got the answer that they cannot ship the good in time.
I am really disappointed, we paid for a fast shipping and that's the result.
What shall I do now? will I be in time to provide my daughter her wished birthday dress?
Such things cannot be paid or cancelled.....it's really a shame!!!!

you can check urselves how inefficient they are...I ordered a jacket when winters were about to start....now i'm sure ESPOW will deliver it when its over.....25 days and the product is still circumnavigating from one place to another.......this experience has proved that Indian online shopping websites are 100 times more efficient than their US and Chinese counterparts....

I have heard lot about Espow about the quality service. I have placed an order on 2014-09-06. Yet to get the order confirmed. Please make the confirmation process little more quick which will attract buyers.

I recently purchased a Windows 8.1 tablet from espow.com. Before this I had limited experience of buying from international web-sites outside India like Amazon, ebay & China-Bluray and had no issues so far.

This is the first time I have faced an issue for an item purchased from an internation web-site. Basically even though they masquerade as International website the product they sold me was a Chines language Windows tablet with no option to change the language to English. This is not at all highlighted in the product specifications and now I am unable to change any of the settings which are all in Chinese or buy any Windows store apps too because the registration is also in Chinese.

Bad lesson for me. will not buy any PC products from Chinese web-sites ever again.

The product I ordered was a competitive price and arrived as advertised. Also when I had a brief issue with delivery time their customer service was very prompt at getting back to me by email, which I appreciated.

Everything is good! Will order there again soon!

I am a dropshipper from Hongkong.
I ordered four lights on espow for one of my customer in Spain.
The Service is excellent.
Products very cheap.( Not in very good quality but worth the price).
Customer receive the goods in about 15 days, I can accept.
Recommend to buy there, really good shopping experience.

I ordered a laptop battery "delivered from our UK warehouse in 2-4 days". After 5 days emailed them (UK phone is just an unmonitored answer phone) to be told it is being shipped from HongKong and will be another 20 days!!

I told them I needed the item for a training course so cancelled the order and got one from Amazon. The said it had already been shipped, but to decline delivery etc. etc. etc. Returns policy means it would cost about £40 to send it back!! Transpires that despite their assurance that they couldn't cancel the order as it had been sent, it wasn't even posted until the 13th March!!!

In short, PayPal just declined my claim because they are wet flannels who don't wan to upset the biggest payer, and I now have a battery (delivered after almost a month!) which I neither want or need.

I have reported this Company to Trading Standards in the UK who were horrified at what they are doing, and I am today contacting HM Customs to inform them of the declaration of a "gift worth $7" on the package, which was actually a commercial sale worth in excess of $60!! Another illegal activity!

Total SCAM and a to be avoided like the plague!!

I purchased a replacement battery for a HP dv6 laptop. After a couple of months, it failed. It had a 2 year warranty.

However, my replacement request was handled swiftly and in a satisfactory manner. Hoping this one will last long enough. All in all, the experience was pretty good.

I ordered two battery items mistakenly. Espow never advised me that they did not stock the item and sent the order anyway. They charged me a restocking fee (20%). $8.95 for postage and handling. Absolute rip off company. I ordered the correct item at Battery DEPOT!!! Same price, in stock (confirmation) and postage was $1.00

I would avoid this company... GO to Battery Depot. They were fantastic and honest.

They advertise their products as if they are originals, but they are cheap crab from china - Stay away from this scam!!!
