UNSERIOUS - NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM - Swiss version of Espritshop !!

Ordered an item but i never received it ! The item was a 70$ watch. Probably they shipped the item but with the cheapest delivery and it was never delivered the same is true for expensive stuff !
The answer from the store was it is a calculated risk and they pass it to the customer.

PAYED AND NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM!
NEVER AGAIN THEY ARE UNSERIOUS!

Habe eine 70 CHF Uhr bestellt aber sie nie erhalten!
Wahrscheinlich haben Sie sie verschickt aber sie ist nie angekommen da sie es uber die billigste versand option verschickt haben und es gibt keine anderen optionen nicht mal fur teure sachen !
Nach meiner anfrage wieso Sie alles als postparc ohne einschreiben verschicken bekam ich die Antwort es war ein "Kalkuliertes Risiko" nur das es der Kunde traegt.
