Not so good prices but great service. Not sure why the service didn't feel good for the previous commenters.

After calling the Customer phone line, they put me on hold for 25 minutes!

I received a spam mail from an affiliate to Estonian Air. In the email was a big picture showing that I had won one out of 3 things. 1 of these 3 things was actually a product I had to pay for (no detective needed to clarify which of the 3 prizes I may have won). I should just click the link in the mail to claim my prize. With a font having the height of 6 pixels at a standard 1920 x 1080 wide screen resolution, it was stated, that by clicking the big "CLICK HERE TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE" button, I'd agree to receive newsletters by mail from Estonian Air in the future.
There is no doubt that Estonian Air founded the spam-advertisement, though they might explain that some random people just randomly chose to advertise for a random company, which they have nothing to do with.

Flew from St. Petersburg to Tallinn. At the gate in Pulkovo Airport, the Pilot and Co-Pilot were sitting in the snack bar, one of them drinking a beer.
They boarded the plane and took as to Tallinn.
Never again will fly this airline.

I ordered ticket to fly back to my home in Copenhagen (Tartu-Tallinn-Copenhagen) in September 1, 2012. In the night before my flight, which scheduled to board at 6 AM, the company suddenly informed me that my flight was cancelled and they will replaced it with bus to Tallinn to catch my connecting flight. After preparing anything, including extra and earlier van booking to get the bus which planned to bring me to Tallinn, Estonian air called me again that they had managed to get replacement plane to Tallinn, so my flight was not cancelled.

When I waited at Tartu Airport, they boarded quiet late, almost half an hour late, which freaked me as my connecting flight from Tallinn boarded at 7.05 AM. As predicted, I had to rush to the next gate and became the last passenger boarded, while the rest had already waited. Still good that this connection flight waited for me.

My first choice to pick Estonian Air was because I want to buy something local, experiencing local airline, but I guess for international flight I have to reconsider again flying with this carrier. I also hope their flight crew to smile a bit.
