We had a great experience with Eurolines, it was cheaper than any other transportation between Aarhus and Copenhagen, the bus has bigger leg space than others, usb connection on top of the seats, nice Nespresso and water for only 10 kr and it was in perfect time. Will definitely take it again.
Everything was great, no problem at all. I can only recommend travelling with Eurolines.dk

It would be brillient if there is some english vertion of announcements.
I travelled from Aarhus to Copenhagen. I don't speak Danish. Was really difficult for me to understand information on the speakers(like Wi-fi password).
I have seen that many people now take this bus to Vejle if they are going to Skanderborg for example. You can take the train from Vejle and save over an hours traveling time. Ok the train is over 60kr, more expensive than from Aarhus but very convenient. The bus is never full so no need to buy tickets in advance unless you want to save money. In fact it can be cheaper to buy tickets the same day.
From CPH (DK) -> Augustow (PL) (With transfer in Berlin)
*A waiting time for transfer in berlin should have been 1 hour but was allmost 3 hours. In that period no information was given to us and the busstop placement was changed multiple times.
*The WIFI is not working (i couldn't even load google)
I took the round trip of Aarus from Copenhagen. It was very pleasant jouney. Seats were comportable, bus reached on time, tiolet was clean. we had only issue with Wifi.
We put our luggage in the compartment, and when we reached our destination it was gone. The bus driver was not very helpful. "That stuff happens", he said. Apparently they had lost 3 bags just the day before. I'll never put my luggage in their bus again.
