The company cannot be reached by phone only email. They have yet to respond to my voucher redemtion problem since august 20th! I have since emailed each day, two different people. Once you purchase a "save" your $ in in the hands of the shady company they deal with and they wash their hands of it all together. Their standard customer service line is " Sorry you are having problem with your "save" I will reach out to .....whoever and try to find a resolution asap. " The resolution hasnt come yet, its been 2 weeks! This is not the first time. Read these reviews before you buy. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
