worst online purchase experience ever.
item never received,no reply to emails or phone calls whatsoever.
had to open a claim with Paypal to get refund,took three weeks before I received it. the company couldn't even be bothered to respond to emails from Paypal.
I can't believe this company is still in business,if this is there idea of customer service,it is laughable.
I can confidently say that I will NEVER deal with Expansys again.I would rather nail my eyelids to a tree with rusty nails.
Buy British.Shop elsewhere.
