I was impressed when I received an email and a call from a customer service rep with mock up designs that he went on my website to obtain (since I didn't submit a file for him to use) That was way over and above my expectations. The rep was quick to respond and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions. The product ships from China so the shipping is high, but, I can handle that with their low 25 piece minimum, they are the way to go. They have a great selection, too!
