I'd rate this site as 0 stars if possible; this site is 100% a scam. Never received items ordered as they were "sent" by a made up shipper who then demanded a "delivery fee" before the items would be delivered. Coincidentally the shipper's website - full of spelling errors and with a name just close enough to another legit company - was set up by the same company as the footballhelmetworld.com site. Promised a refund and then went silent and won't respond anymore. Don't buy from this company!!!!!

Terrible company, I received a damaged product and the merchant never bothered to respond. I had to file a an FTC complaint and a dispute with my credit card. My credit card company did provide the following phone number. 1-702-517-5029

Got email confirmation of my order. Never got tracking number. I emailed 4 times and did not get a response. Not sure if this business was still in operation, I called my credit card company to investigate. Turned out delay was all with USPS for 2020 holiday season. Answering an email, providing a tracking number or a phone number would have been helpful. All mini helmets were as expected and prices are unbeatable. Communication is non-existent.

On October 10th I placed an order for 8 college mini helmets. On October 12th, I received an email about a refund due to them not having one of the helmets in stock. The first time that I had ordered, they were on it. I received an email with a tracking number. I have inquired not only about the refund, but about the status of my order. To date, I have yet to receive ANYTHING. I just don't understand. I have made purchases with them in the past with great results. I don't know why anyone just can't provide me with some kind of status on my order. Very disappointed.

I got what I wanted at a price that is hard to beat!
