Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service, poor communication throughout and lack of commonsense being applied to delivery. The whole process is tortuous compounded by the apparent lack of technology to track and trace where the goods actually are or when expected delivery is to be made and it's delivery address which could be a supermarket which is not properly communicated to the buyer and location of delivery only known after emails directly to føtex which were slow in replying.

Item not ready for collection after I was notified it was ready for collection. Staff did not know what item was. More training needed about what they sell.

I am extremely disappointed with the…
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided for my recent purchase from Føtex. This is now the third time a delivery has been attempted without success, and the behavior of the carrier is completely unacceptable.
The drivers are clearly avoiding the 3-hour round trip to my location. On the latest attempt, they claimed "no one was home" at 16:03—exactly three minutes into a four-hour delivery window—despite me sitting ready and waiting for them. Looking at recent reviews on Trustpilot, it is clear that this is a systemic issue with BFT Logistik and not an isolated incident.
As a loyal customer, I expect better. Føtex risks losing its good reputation by using such unreliable and dishonest delivery partners. I strongly urge Føtex to reconsider their contract with this carrier and find a professional partner that actually delivers what they promise.
I am still waiting for my package, but the frustration caused by this "cat and mouse" game is simply too much.
