First orders were okay, sometimes just a little communication problems.
Last order of oktober 2011 was not complete, despite several emails etc. I still did not receive the missing items or money refund.
They don't answer since, there is no communication from their side.
So I am no customer anymore.
I am a glass artist who loves to create backdrops for my beads out of frit. The custom blends that I found from Frit En Glas are simply amazing to work with- the colors come out vibrant and when a blend is described as no fuss they mean no fuss! I have tried about 9 of their blends and will definitely be back for more. Shipping to the US was surprisingly fast and came very well packed and each frit blend had gorgeous labels! I will definitely be back for more!
