late delivery and poor service
The expected delivery date was 20th April. I could receive my package today - 28th April. The delivery person was also very rude. I came and said hi, then I was waiting to pick up my package. He didn’t explain me anything, was arranging the packages on the cargo vehicle. I told him I was waiting for my package and he responded he was working. I waited a bit more, and finally he gave it to me. But my package was in the corner near the back door. So no needed to wait to pick it up. I was disappointed and tired of implicit exclusion. So my experience was horrible from beginning to end.

We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with our delivery partner, as this can of course affect an otherwise good shopping experience.
We always provide an expected delivery date, as we have to take possible delays with the carrier into account – something that is unfortunately outside of our control. We do not have much influence on how the delivery is carried out in practice, as this is handled entirely by the transport company.
That said, we definitely do not want our customers to have an experience like this. We will therefore follow up on this delivery with our freight partner.

Ordered and Paid for a Cake, but It Was Never Made
We ordered a cake for our company’s 5-year celebration and waited 4 days since it was pre-ordered. Unfortunately, when we went to pick it up, we were told that the cake had not been delivered to the bakery store.
This was very disappointing because people had already gathered after we announced that we would be celebrating with cake. It was for an important company milestone, and the celebration had to be postponed because of this mistake.
We expected better communication and more reliable service, especially for a pre-ordered cake.

They gave the wrong address to the courier, after many days the order got returned to Salling Group and I got my money back without any useful contact or real communication as any professional company would have.

We’re regular customers of your Mad ud af huset service and are always super happy with the quality and quantity of the meals.
However, this time the packaging wasn’t ideal. The sauce tray (about 1,5-2 liters of red wine sauce) was placed underneath a heavy meat tray, causing the sauce to spill and soak the paper box and all the aluminum trays — quite a mess. Luckily, the meals weren’t stored long in the box and kept it's shape.
In the future, please make sure sauce trays are placed on top of the box.

I purchased a bicycle from Fotex
I purchased a bicycle from Fotex, and both the seat and handlebar would not stay fixed. I filed a complaint (Case No: 9411847) and a repair was carried out, but the same issues persist. To make matters worse, a non-original screw was used for the handlebar repair, which is unacceptable for a new bicycle.
Despite the repair, I have not been able to use the bicycle at all. I also own a second bicycle of the same model, and it has the exact same defects — which strongly suggests a manufacturing problem, not an isolated case.
Instead of offering a replacement or refund, I was told to file a new complaint. A failed repair attempt should be enough to acknowledge that the product itself is faulty. I expected better from Fotex.
