gamebasements is big liar company
I purchased wii just dance 2 from gamebasement on 8th Feb . contacted them a lots of times through phone, it couldnot get through. finally on 22th we managed to talk with them, and we have been informed they are out of stock, then we cancelled order straight away ,waiting for the refund. already one month passed, they still dont refund us money, just keep saying they will contact financial department for refund us money. they breach their own term and condition with 30 working days money refund. so i really wonder if this company really selling stuff or they are just cheating people . so if anyone want to buy stuff from them because cheap price, my advice , donot. otherwise you will take the risk same like me or other many many people which donot get item or donot get refund. how this company still can selling stuff , should already close down.

missing christmas present
Ive place my order on 12/12/10 , my order should have arrived after
3-5 working day. obviously it didnt, i loged on to track my order - it came up as processing. dont contact us till 8 working dayhas pased! try to ring them on the number provided to see whats happenning, they have closed the phone lines and emails for an early christmas break ! very strange

I ordered a DS accessories pack which did arrive in a fairly decent time schedule as it was Christmas. However the item was not as described on the website.
I have emailed and had no response and I have now tried to follow it up with a phone call and cannot get through. It says all lines busy then cuts me off after 5 minutes.
Disgraceful way of treating customers.

I ordered Jak and Daxter the Last Fronier still have not recieved it have emailed no response back from them spoke to them twice been fobbed off and they have took payment on the 16/11/09 we are now in the 08/12/09 and still not recieved this after them giving me 2 different dated i rate the site 0 I have put blogs on different sites about this and am even starting to think they are not a legitimate company
