Waste of time

order the 24th of October was then told 3 of November then the 18th of November finally mid December but couldn't guaranty for Xmas.
Never forthcoming with information. Wwouldn't touch with a barge pole.

Non existant customer service

Went wrong from the start of ordering. I paid extra for next day delivery and made a note when ordering to leave in the garden as I wouldn't be in. Also sent them an email asking for delivery to be left.

As a final measure to make sure item would be left I phoned them to make sure they were aware of instruction to leave item in garden for which they said they had requested courier to leave it in the garden.

Courier didn't leave in garden as TNT said they had no instruction to from gardencentreonline

When it was finally redelivered one of the stand frames of the gazebo was rusty and this rust had got on to the cream cloth if the gazebo!

4 weeks later I'm still waiting for the replacement parts!
They sent me one wrong part after 3 weeks which is odd as I had to send them photos of the damaged items so they could replace them!

They never respond to email and if you are lucky enough to get through on the phone they never return your calls!

Stay away from this outfit unless you want hassle should you have issues with your purchase

stay away from these cowboys!!!

before commiting to by a garden arbour the website said 3 day delivery on this item, i then ordered it and got an email saying 5-10 days - that was a month ago - and guess what i still have'nt got it yet.

I have tried to contact them by phone number but they NEVER answer the phone and dont respond to emails. i have been unable to contact them since purchasing the item. But yes they have taken my money.

I am absolutley apalled by their buisiness practice and am in the process of contacting internet watchdogs, and reporting it as a fraud.

my advice is stay away from them, or if you do not believe me try phoning them you will see that their line is unattended...

Send me replacement with no issues

Hi, I ordered some Hunter boots from gardencentreonline for a Christmas present. I was pleased they arrived quickly and had time to double check the size for my sister. They were slightly too small because I bought the hunter socks as well. I called gardencentreonline and spoke to Jo who was very helpful and sent me a replacement pair. There was a small delay as they had run out of that stock but I got the boots in about 4 days. Really pleased and gardencentreonline fo the cheapest Hunter boots online. I was worried they were fake but when I checked they are not. So great review.

Rubbish - No stock

I ordered several small items that the website showed as 'in stock'. Some were, but some clearly weren't in stock as it took weeks for my order to arrive, and it only came because I had to ditch one of my items and replace it with another! And that only happened because I contacted them! I'm sure they could probably honour their claim of 48 hour delivery normally, but I'm also pretty sure it's against some kind of trading regulation or law to sell stuff that you haven't actually got in stock. Isn't that fraud?? However, they didn't have any problems taking my money! AVOID these jokers.

One ordered a very expensive greenhouse. For a start I was STILL charged delivery which wasnt too much but still for that amount of money you would believe it to be free. The estimated time on the website stated 28days (2 months ago) and then i was not informed up until a week or so ago when I MYSELF called the customer service that it was 6-9weeks delivery from order date. It cleary states that you will be contacted within 3 days if there is anything wrong with your order ... recieveing any correspondance from them ... i believe not. I would not recommend shopping with this company as it appears from many of my friends that their stock level indicated does not NEARLY reflect what they actually have in stock and dont expect them to call you if it isnt ... but they WILL take your money regardless
