WASTE OF MONEY...FRAUDS..CHEATERS
FAKE WEBSITE,PHONE NUMBERS,EMAIL IDs. FRAUD PEOPLE.THEY SHOULD DO SOMETHING ELSE NOT BUSINESS.
One of the FRAUD websites.
I ordered flowers and sweets for my cousin's anniversary in bangalore.
They delivered but can you imagine, Old flowers and old sweets. How bad?
Is this why they charge Rs2000? Was not worth even for Rs500. When raised a complaint in website no response for 2 days (they had fake phone number on their website), they have 3-4 different email ids..you cannot send email to any of them.All will fail. After 2 days they replied from a new email address that 2 days have passed so cannot take the complaint. They have other websites gifts2hyderabad.com , gifts2chennai.com
To GIFTS2BANGALORE: IDIOTS GO and do something else.Dont cheat people.

Very bad experience
Had ordered premium chocolates for a very spl occasion.
Item ordered was delivered after 3 days the promised delivery date.
Wrong item was delivered which is worth half the price of the item ordered.
Item was not delivered directly to recipient.
Customer service adamant that correct item was delivered. (they asked to send photo of item after 3 days which was thrown by then)
