Dishonest company. They did not send the products I bought and they are not available for a resolution on their customer service contact details.

Excellent value and delivery. 2 less anchovy fillets delivered than the 12 ordered, however a note was put on the delivery note that this would be credited, and indeed it was.

Took my money confirmed my order then rang to say they hadn’t got it any longer. I suppose though they did ring not emailed and returned money immediately so that is something .

Not very happy with these, I used them some years ago and they were good but they now seem to have been taken over and have gone crap. The emails were in broken english so god knows where they actually are. My order was processing a week later and so I contacted them to ask what was happening they said they were waiting for stock I said why is it showing in stock if you haven't got half of the products they didn't answer that. Next thing had an email saying they had refunded which I still haven't had yet but will keep on at them till I do as order is showing as cancelled now. I won't use again they should not have products on when they haven't got them. Rubbish

Showed product as available, took order and money then cancelled stating out of stock!!

Excellant service and product,quick delivery.

The products were the ones expected and were at a competitive price. Delivery was quite quick and with good communication. Only one observation. The delivery costs info on the website is out of date and contradictory, but when I sent an email to query it, I received a reply within hours which clarified the issue. I will buy again from this company.

Goodness Direct have been in touch (following the review) to say an email was sent with an explanation…this unfortunately went to junk mail as the sender came through as ‘Burak -Web Design’ and so was missed. Still awaiting refund but assured it should be with me soon.

Order was cancelled with no explanation as to why.
Was told that order would be refunded, a week later…still no refund.

Being unable to obtain 'Super Berries' from Waitrose as they have a supply problem I purchased 'Blueberry' on-line and have found it a good substitute.

Hard to fault. I received exactly what I ordered and it arrived within a couple of days.
