good experience past, not so good at the last time

I bought cds from them a few years ago. I made a lot of efforts to translate the greek word by word into english to register & browse and finally suceeded in placing an order. However, the cd wasn't in stock. The man of the greek company was so kind to communicate with me in english and told me he would search for the cd among the distributors and labels. Then he found them!! and arranged the shipping for more secure delivery from greece. I got my items sucessfully. What a great service you provided!! I'm impressed!!
3 stars, a year ago. Not so good as the past.
The site's design changed and improved, easier to browse. I ordered the cd without effort and received shortly, but the cd's edition was different, later one. I made a contact and pointed out that 2 different editions were listed and I ordered the eariler one. However, they failed to provide any effective solution. I gave up and keep the different edition cds.
