I ordered two NEW motorola phones from GSMmonster. When I received them, one was refurbished and the other was dead. All attempts to contact them were not successful. I sent the dead phone to Motorola for repair under the warranty but motorola returned it and stated that the warranty was void. Beware shopping with unethical and dishonest outfit. Youn can get any phone they advertise at Amazon at the same price and unmatched customer support.

I ordered HTC D7 about one week but this fraud company refused to ship the product. The annoying part is phone calls are not answererd and emails are not replied.They refused to refund my money back to enable me order it from amazon.com. I would never recommend this company to anyone neither would i do business with them again in my life. Fraud company!!!

Pay the phone for NEW, they sent the phone with damage on the back cover. Return the phone to them and they NEVER refund the money back. I emails them, they never answer back. I called the # on paypal, they pick up and said they is NOT GSM Monster but you can hear GSM message on that #. This company is FRAUD!!!

Used this company without checking reviews - NEVER again! 1st phone arrived with scratches and warped back - ended up using my old phone back cover. Second phone arrived visibaly used. No answer to emails and phone number was answered at times as a Pizza Parlor - Only after I opened a dispute with Paypal did they attempt to replace the phone - of course I had to pay the return shipping. Do not use this company - apparently even the credit card companies have given them the heave ho.

Before I even ordered the Samsung Impression, I emailed GSM Monster and specifically asked if it was a NEW and UNLOCKED phone. They assured me their phones were new unless otherwise stated. I got the phone in a loose box, NO packing, several things missing (cable, user manual). The phone was locked. And USED. There was a personal message on the screen ("I Love you Mommy!"), names, music, and Bluetooth connections to several people. When I contacted GSM--and you can only email them since they have no phone!--they said it must not have gotten unlocked and that when they put a sim card in to unlock it, the settings can change...which is absolutely untrue. I'm currently trying to get them to send me prepaid postage so I can send it back, although they aren't answering my emails. Luckily I paid for it with a credit card so I can dispute the charge and am going to report them for fraud. Think it's too good to be true? IT IS. Don't waste your time or your money.

Placed an order for an unlocked Samsung Propel A767, $104 v. at least twice that through ATT. AFTER I placed the order, I started seeing some of the reviews on the web. Yikes! Started getting worried. I ordered around 7:30pm on Tues and paid extra for next day delivery. Phone arrived in good order Thursday a.m. - apparently, since I wanted delivery to my work instead of my billing address, they had to take extra time to verify addresses. When they sent it out for delivery Wed noon, they sent me an email with the UPS tracking info. The phone box looked a bit rumpled, but the phone was fine (had a finger print on a button, apparently to enter unlocking sequence). Again, the phone and battery were absolutely new, owner's manuals in original wrapping, and the phone started up fine on the first attempt. I'm satisfied, especially with the great price.

i bought a nokia 6682 from them and i got a phone without a battery, and i sent them email after email but they didn't answer me. this company is worse than Chinese suppliers out there. sadly enough this company is in the united state. do not get involve with this company, they are thieves in a legit dress. no customer service what so ever

Two months ago I bought a LG Secret (KF755) from this site. This is the model which works in Brazil.

When I received the product I realized I had received a different model LG Secret (TU755). This mobile is rebranded in Canada by a big seller and works fine for Canada only.

I contacted them and requested to change it. They have changed it for me by the correct model (KF755c). This works well in Brazil, but when I turned on the phone the keys 7, 8 and 9 were not working and when I try to send a message and start typing the SMS message the cellphone restarts, "alooooooone".

It is incredible how they still sell through the internet and google doens't identify those bad online stores.
